“ UPSCALE AND TRENDY APARTMENT IN BELLAS ARTES NEIGHBORHOOD”

My husband and I spent a month in Santigo in this apartment. The apartment was as the description - great location, walking distance to museums, sights and restaurants, there was a grocery store on the first floor of the building which was convenient for self-catering, very close to two metro stations. The apartment has a nice kitchen, with all the necessary tools for cooking, a nice bathroom and a pleasant living space - comfortable for two persons to live in. The internet connexion was very good, there was also a good selection of cable TV channels, and there was a phone for local calls. We enjoyed our stay, and I recommend this place to any couple or person who wants to be in a central location. Pati, the owner was helpful, nice and easy to deal with. In summary, all was as we expected and we are happy about our choice of renting this apartment.

My son and I would like to thank you for the use of your beautiful apartamento on Merced in Santiago Centro.  The location was perfect for so many of the activities that we did and was also very close to my son's host family on Marin. Most everything was so close, including the metro which was very easy to navigate. We had a great time in Santiago and it was perfect knowing that our transport to and from the airport was arranged for us. The building had so many amenities that made our stay so comfortable. The convenience of having a market next door and many great restaurants nearby was also a plus.

Thank you Pati for handling our accomodations in Santiago. You were always so accessible and promptly answered any questions that we had. Even our security refund was handled surprisingly quickly ... the morning we returned back to Los Angeles, it had already been handled through paypal. Now that's service.
