Our luxurious condo is located on 53 acres of natural beauty, ideal for a dream vacation!<br/><br/>Our 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located on the 3rd floor in a building. The Intracoastal Waterway is a just a minute's walk away as well, with numerous hiking and biking trails that crisscross the beautiful natural landscape of old-growth oak and cypress. <br/><br/>Boasting every amenity from a pool and spa to basketball courts, a marina with boat docks, a kid's water park, a gym, and a gameroom, Canopy Walk caters to every form of recreation your group could desire -- all in a setting that is nothing short of paradise!<br/><br/>And in our condo at Canopy Walk 933, you have the perfect "launch pad" for all your vacation adventures. The balcony is the place you will fall in love with first, its ceiling fan keeping you cool and refreshed in warm weather, its comfy table and chairs offering a charming spot for early-morning coffee, al fresco meals, and evening chats. If you have a birdwatcher in the group, this is the place to stash the binoculars and the Peterson's Guide; you will see flocks of birds visit their favorite spots each day!<br/><br/>Step inside from the balcony and you find yourself in a large, pleasant, cool-toned living area with a smooth tiled floor, seafoam-green couches, and a big HDTV with DVD player. The view in here is nearly as good as on the balcony, and there's room for the whole group to gather and enjoy some at-home time. Put on the big game, whip up a pitcher of frosty drinks, and enjoy a little downtime. Sometimes that winds up being the best part of the vacation!<br/><br/>Just past the living area, our dining table sits beneath a handsome modern chandelier. 933 Canopy Walk

Generally this unit was adequate for our vacation needs. This unit did not provide phone or internet services. The unit is showing signs of wear and tear, holes in the walls, doors do not close properly, appliances do not perform well or are broken.

Worth the drive from Canada

The one thing we didn't like was the condo was very dark and got no sun light and for that I don't think I would recommend it. Also we had a phone call to our home number in Canada regarding the check out while we were still at the condo.

Lovely gated condo, pool, exercise room and walking trail on ICWW. Condo nicely furnished with all needs. Garage needs a battery as we could not get it to open but we prefered to park close to the unit so it was not a problem for us.
