Beautiful condo with a great spacious living space. It was all renew in 2009 for your comfort! An urban look in the heart of a old city. His geographical situation is privileged, it s right in the center of the old Quebec, UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can walk to everything; restaurants, tourist and historical site, shopping, caf?, nightlife and more. We re open to any specific need or demand. BIENVENU !!! (welcome)

We could not have been happier with our stay in Eric's condo. The location is superb. Close to everything but still maintains a private feel inside. The condo is extremely well fitted--we had everything we needed to cook in for 10 days; the beds and linens superb quality; the decor a pleasure to return to every day. Eric was responsive to all of our needs in a very timely manner. The layout is perfect if you have children. The park a block away a bonus for our 5 year old. We spend time in Quebec City every summer, and now I won't even look at any other properties.

Very clean. Simple elegant furnishings. The beds were new and very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. The renovated bathroom had a large/deep tub and a lovely glass enclosed shower. Large TV with DVD/Cable. AC. Sunny but not hot. The owner/manager was very gracious in regards to our check in and check out times. The most surprising feature was how quiet and serene the apartment was considering its central location. Must be able to climb two flights of stairs.

Amazing Condo!

This condo has everything you need and has LOTS of room. The location is perfect and about a 5 minute walk to the Chateau Frontenac. Quebec city is such a beautiful city...everything is laid back here. There is a grocery store (Richard) on Des Jardins rd which is a 2-3 min walk from the room (and they sell beer and wine too!)..very convenient. Lots of restaurants and boutiques ...all walking distance. You won't regret renting this place. Julie

Wonderful spring in Quebec

We spent a wonderful month in Quebec City at Eric's property. He was a great host, and everything was there that we needed (loved the kitchen!). You could not be more in the heart of the old city and the pictures reflect exactly what the experience will be like. Heartily recommended!

I have stayed in this beautiful located apartment twice within 2010 and enjoyed the perfect downtown location, stylish interior and well equipped apartment. I will go back whenever I have to visit Quebec City anytime during the year.
