It is located right downtown next door to the museum and the Empress hotel. Very clean and comfortable. It had a great patio that we would have loved to enjoy if the weather had been better for us. We would visit again, no issues there.

The condo was exactly as described. Very spacious, well decorated and comfortable. The fireplace was very nice to have. Kitchen is well equipped. Nice washer and dryer that were very convenient. Soap, paper products etc. were supplied. The beds were comfortable and the linens were very nice. Telephone and WiFi was handy to have.
The condo building is in a quiet area beside Beacon Hill Park and the museum. Easy walking distance to all attractions and shops downtown. There is a bus stop just outside front door and a bus station half a block a way.
Winnie was a wonderful host. Made us feel very welcome. She has placed all kinds of tourist info and a laptop in the apartment for your convenience. Winnie was very prompt with our check in and out and very friendly and helpful.
We would highly recommend renting this condo. Its convenience and comfort was excellent.

Truly an ideal location and an ideal rental

This was an ideal condo for our family of five - there was ample room, and all amenities were as described. Having enough space to spread out after a hard day of exploring Victoria was fabulous - so much better than a hotel. My kids were thrilled they did not have to share bed space, like they would have in a hotel room. It was cold while we were there, and the gas fireplace made our chilled bones thaw out quickly (plus added to the cozy atmosphere). The laptop was a nice bonus - it was extremely helpful to be able to access information about different sightseeing venues, plus my son was able to work on a homework assignment.

What a convenient location - a car is not necessary, as one can easily walk to shops and restaurants. It is just around the corner from the main entrance to the Royal BC Museum, and is an easy 10 - 15 minute walk from the seaplane terminal in the city's Inner Harbour. Should you choose to visit Butchart Gardens via the city bus (#75), the bus stop is only about 1 1/2 blocks away - again, a very easy travel option. (You can pick up current info re: the bus and other transportation options at the Visitor Information Center, which is close by - just across the street from The Empress hotel.) A nice grocery store (Market on Yates) is about a 15 minute walk away, while a 7-11 is within two blocks. We ran out of time so did not get to explore Beacon Hill park, but that is an easy walk down the street in the opposite direction.

Winnie (property owner) is a very gracious individual. She promptly answered all the questions we had prior to our arrival. She gave us a thorough tour of the condo when we got there, to familiarize us with everything, and was very accommodating when we needed to adjust the check in/check out times due to our travel schedule. We would definitely recommend this condo to others, and hope that one day we can return!

Superb Downtown Location

Extremely spacious and quiet 2 bedroom apartment. Superb location. Less than a 15 minute maximum walk to all the downtown restaurants and sights. No need for a car, however, a reserved parking spot is available about 1/2 block away. No need to bring your laptop as one is supplied in the apartment along with wifi, DVD player, small selection of movies, etc. Very comfortable beds, extremely clean apartment. Landlady is very efficient and prompt and open to late check-outs.
