The Presidential suite condominiums has a central location on Flamingo's prestigious North Ridge where the beach is widest and the sand is finest. If you are looking for sun, sea and sand you have found it.

Within walking distance there are several fantastic restaurants, grocery stores, drugstore, casino & spa

Just 45 minutes from the liberia airport. Other nearby beaches are Playa Conchal, Tamarindo Beach, Playa Grande Beach and Potrero Beach.

Incredible Views, Gorgeous Condo,

My wife and I had a wonderful summer stay in this beautiful condo and had a great time. The view of Flamingo Beach are spectacular and we enjoyed just sitting on the patio watching all the wildlife.

There is a nice gas grill on the patio, and a full kitchen for cooking, if you want to stay home rather than dine in any of the great restaurants nearby. The condo is well appointed with a Costa Rican flare, and it has two large bedrooms and bathrooms. The washer and dryer unit came in handy, too. The entire property was nice and well maintained, and we enjoyed hanging out by the pool.

If you want to relax and enjoy the unsurpassed views, then this is the place to stay. If you want to stay busy, then there is a never ending supply of activities and beautful sights to see nearby. Everything to do in Flamingo is within walking distance of this condo. We would return to this again for a stay in Flamingo. Pura vida!

Went to Flamingo Beach for the 1st time and stayed at this condo at the Presidential Suite. It was the most amazing trip my family and I have ever taken! The condo has spectacular views from the balcony with the most amazing exoctic birds that fly right up to the banister! The view from the pool was so relaxing and amazing! The condo was very clean,spacious and accomodating with a beautiful kitchen that was equipped with all the necessary items for cooking for a family. The beach, restaurants (fine and casual dining), were in walking distance. The beach is not crowded and beautiful! Just a relaxing place to be. I fell in love with Flamingo Beach and would not hesitate to recommend the Presidential suite to anyone! Can't wait to go back!!

My family and I stayed for a week at the Presidential Suite. It was the most comfortable and relaxing place! Beautiful views and a wondeful pool! The condo was clean,spacious and very comfortable.The location was great! It was within walking distance to the beach and restaraunt and travel agency for tours around Guanacaste. I would highly recommend this condo to others and am looking forward to going back!

This spacious condo is beautiful! It has a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, large bedrooms and large bathrooms. The view of Playa Flamingo is wonderful. Every morning we sat on the balcony to watch the birds, then we walked to the beach. It walking distance to restaurants and a shopping area.

I brought my 86 year old father, his wife, my son, daughter and son in law to stay at this condo. As my Dad has told me over and over "it was a trip of a lifetime!" My kids walked to the beach every morning and my Dad & his wife spent many hours reading by the beautiful pool. The view from the pool and the condo's balcony is breathtaking. The bird watching from the balcony was also exciting, sometimes seeing whole flocks of green parakeets. The kitchen was well equipped as we did a lot of cooking with such a large group. There are, however, plenty of nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. Flamingo Beach is a beautiful, sandy beach that was never very crowded. I would highly recomend this property.
