Living/Lounge/Family Room: With two extremely spacious and comfortable lounges, everyone can find their own little spot in which to chill out. The front lounge is definitely designed with relaxation in mind and here is the perfect location to catch up on that book you have been meaning to read for months, or maybe stretch the mind a bit with a crossword puzzle, or maybe even catch up on emails on your laptop, courtesy of the complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, or simply relax with a cup of coffee, tea or something more invigorating and chat with family and friends.
The family room to the rear of the house will undoubtedly be the main hub of your time inside the villa. Here, you can kick back and take in a movie or your favorite TV show on the large, flat-screen TV. With a full cable package comprising almost 250 TV and music channels, you will not be short of things to watch or listen to. A DVD player is also provided. Alternatively, why not crank up the PS2 for some family fun and see if you can beat the kids.
Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen looks out into the main family room over a breakfast bar, which features the sink with integrated waste-disposal unit. A couple of stools are provided at the breakfast bar – a great spot for a coffee and browse of the newspaper or a magazine, or simply to sit and chat to the chef!!
The kitchen is extremely spacious and also very well-equipped, right through from major appliances to all the little bits and pieces that make life easy and more convenient. There is a cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, double-door fridge-freezer with through-the-door ice and filtered water, small appliances which include a coffee-maker, kettle, toaster and blender. Lots of thought has been given to all the little things, so there is an extensive inventory of crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans and just about every other utensil and accessory you could ever want.

The master bedroom is very spacious and features a sumptuous King Size bed with luxury bedding, two nightstands and a large dresser with mirror, as well as an enormous walk-in closet, so there is more than adequate storage space for your clothes and belongings. There is a flat-screen TV, a clock/radio/alarm, a ceiling fan and also a telephone for added comfort and convenience. To the rear the bedroom looks out on to the pool area and golf course. This bedroom features its own huge, luxurious en suite bathroom.
The second bedroom features a queen bed with stylish, contemporary bedding, night-stand, dresser, mirror and a large closet. It also has a flat-screen TV.
The third and fourth bedrooms both feature two twin beds, nightstands, dressers and large closets. Both bedrooms have TVs and the rear bedroom also looks out onto the pool area and the golf course beyond.
