Dreaming of ocean-front? The reality’s even better. At Cinnamon Beach 444 you can wake up with the sunrise - hovering just over the Atlantic Ocean horizon. You’ll love the salt in the air and the surf soundtrack audible from bed. This new addition to our rental inventory is a secret waiting to be discovered.

Guests return to Cinnamon Beach year after year for its quiet environs and family-friendly atmosphere. Unit #444 epitomizes both.

On a large patio, sink into a comfortable chair and enjoy endless ocean views. While the ocean-front pool has lovely views as well, on the patio you can enjoy them as you please - over breakfast, lunch or dinner, or perhaps quietly with a book.

A ready-made home is perfect for up to eight guests. If traveling with children, they’ll love having their own room and you’ll love the peace of mind this gated community affords.

A comfortable living room rewards after sunny days and balmy nights. Two deep couches (great for tall people) face a large TV, with an armchair and coffee table as well. Neutral colors match the warming sunlight well.

Plan your day from either of the two kitchen bar stools - or jump right into action with home-made pancakes and fresh coffee. The kitchen, open over a wrap-around breakfast to the rest of the living area, has ocean views as well. Stainless steel appliances match the shiny convenience of this unit, and all cookware is provided.

From your master suite you can sneak to the patio at any hour via your private sliding door. If time to yourself is a rare event - this is the unit for you. In addition to a king-sized bed there’s also an en suite Jacuzzi-style soaking tub and luxe fittings.

Just as comfy are the two guest bedrooms: a queen in the second and two twins in the third. They each have their own private TV and share a full bathroom.

Among this units many added conveniences, its fourth floor location is notable. While an elevator is just outside your door, a quick flight of stairs is all that waits between you and a race to the beach. This is exactly what’s meant by “a hop, skip and jump” - and the resort’s two pools are less than a 5-minute walk.

Beyond sunrise views, Cinnamon Beach 444 is ideally suited for a grand occasion. Book it with up to three other units on the same floor (#s 443 and 442) to accommodate your entire family or wedding party in one place. Everyone gets their own space and can spontaneously come and go for the fun stuff.

Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock Beach Resort rentals in Palm Coast Florida include access to a large ocean front heated pool, a second heated pool with a gradual slope entrance for kids and families, a "water splash zone" for kids, a fitness center, a kid's game room, an adult game room with pool table, jacuzzi and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails. My name is Steve Milo and I stay in Vacation Rental Homes when I travel both domestically and abroad. I own several vacation rental homes and listen carefully to our guests and their feedback and then opened my company Vacation Rental Pros in 2006! Our greatest compliment is when our guests refer our web site to their friends and relatives. AND, now Vacation Rental Pros is managing over 825 properties in Ft Myers Beach, Orlando, St Augustine Beach, Daytona Beach, Palm Coast and Ponte Vedra Beach. Our guests and their great 'word of mouth' have helped us expand to over 825+ vacation rentals. We booked over 15,000 rentals and received over 5,000 guest reviews in 2014.
everyone at cinnomanbeach was very nice and helpful
We booked the condo as a last minute getaway for a week in October. Overall, the unit was very nice. Its big enough for two families and is fully stocked for everything you may need.
The location and views are sensational. Beachfront at its finest. We were really enamored by the sunrises and really enjoyed the cooler (shaded) evenings for a nice cigar and a fine vintaged cab. The condo was great, all around. Could use some upgrades,
but we'd stay again regardless.
Management and maintenance were extremely helpful. The frig was not cooling properly and we had a leak in the pipe under the kitchen sink - they took care of both things very promptly and courteously. We had a good time- just wish we had more kitchen items as it
takes more obviously with a family of 8.
Thanks.
Pros: The condo is in a great location. Short walk out to the beach, beautiful views of the ocean. The set up for us was perfect for our family - we had 2 young kids and one teenager, so the 2 twin beds in one room and the queen in a seperate room was good for us. We loved having the xbox and the tv's in all the rooms. It was relatively close to Orlanda, St. Augustine and Daytona. The site manager did a great job of laying out shopping locations, restaurants and had someone come out quickly to work on the dryer when it had a problem.

Cons: The unit needs quite a bit of general updating and TLC. The towels are all a mishmash of towels that were ragged and tatty and looked like they were the owners towels they didn't want to use anymore. The sheets felt like they were not of good quality. The furniture outside was frayed and had the stuffing coming out of it. I've seen outdoor furniture pads at Costco for $30 for 2 - they need to update that stuff. It really takes away from the overall quality. A simple set of tupperware would be welcome. There were no lids that fit the bowls - again a small thing, but would make it great and inexpensive to update. There were blinds in the master bedroom, but they were vertical blinds that at first would not open and then when we worked at it a while, the blinds kept falling off. My husband spent half an hour putting it all back together. No blinds in the front room, so they probably just removed them. Would be good to have some blinds as it's pretty bright in the morning. I think if you're paying extra to stay in a unit on the beach with beach views, you want to be able to open the blinds so you can see the view, but close it when you want to. The TV in the living room is also quite dated, but not a huge issue.

Last comment, I'd rather not see the owners pictures of themselves in the unit. Yes it theirs and we're staying there, but we're also paying top dollar to stay there, so it's not like we'
The only dis advantages were with house keeping,we only had 2 washcloths & called them & she stated that she would make someone aware & we never got any. Also, the floor was soaken wet when we arrived due to the AC leaking, However, THANKS to Maint he did correct the issue.
