Moncarapacho Villa Rental Photos and Description

Villa ‚Porta del Sol’ is a spacious detached villa in the country. The next house is about 200 meters away. The Villa lies in the East Algarve away from the many tourists of the West Algarve, 1.5 km away from the village of Moncarapacho which has several Restaurants and shops. 15 km to the West is the town of Olhão and 15km to the east is Tavira. The international Airport is in the capital Faro which is reached by motorway in about 25 minutes. 40 km east is the Spanish boarder. 1 – 2 day trips to Andalusien (Sevilla, Gordoba, Malaga), Lissabon or Cabo de São Vincente are also possible. The house has a large Patio, partly covered which is superb for watching the sunset and gives the possibility to lie in the sun or shade. There are many fruit trees (oranges, figs, lemons) and olive trees in the 4000 m² grounds.

Cheap for family's: The rental price compared to other villas with large pools is very cheap. We build an nice pool with jacuzzi (4,5m x 9.6m) in Mai 2010. The house is recommended for families with children.

Quiet natural area: It is no longer permitted to build in the area, this means that you will be away from the tourist noise for your stay. The house has a large terrace area, partly covered, which is superb for watching sunsets or for lying in the sun or shade. The beaches in this part of the Algarve are mainly used by locals, there are even islands where one can be almost alone. There are many Golf Clubs in the area with great greens e.g. Vila Monte Resort (ehemals Adolfo da Quinta), which lies behind our local mountain Serro de Cabeça, simply drive passed the house to reach the course.

Trips in Portugal and to spain: In 15 minutes by car one can reach Olhão, where there are 2 large modern Market halls, 1 for fruit, vegetables and meat the other for fish and seafood, that can be heartily recommended. Large shopping centres, small shops and boutiques are very inviting for a shopping trip. In Olhão harbour there are ferries to the islands. Day trips with the car for instance Cabo São Vincente (end of the earth in old Europe), Monchique mountains, you can drive along the cliff coasts of western Algarve or even to Lissabon. The 40 km drive to Spain (Andalusia) takes about 40 minutes, travelling through small coastal towns on both sides of the boarder. It takes just 2 hours to drive to Seville and 4 hours to Gordoba or Malaga. For something different it’s worth taking a trip to the Huelva Province. The National Park Donana and the nature reserves Isla de En medio, Laguna El Portil and Marisma de El Burro are also worth visiting for nature lovers.

EIN TRAUM...

Die VILLA PORTA DEL SOL können wir nur weiterempfehlen, denn sie hält tatsächlich das, was ihr Name verspricht!!! Wir haben hier 14 Tage mit 4 Kindern (zwischen 8 und 12 Jahren) verbracht und das Wort LANGEWEILE nicht einmal gehört. Großer Pool, viel Platz, tolles, gemütliches, großzügiges Haus und eine Aussicht, von der wir heute noch träumen. Die Lage ist perfekt - absolut ruhig und trotzdem sind der Strand, Geschäfte und schöne Städtchen für Ausflüge in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder und freuen uns schon heute darauf. Ein dickes DANKE an den Besitzer und die Betreuung vor Ort und ADEUS!

TOLLES, AUSGEFALLENES URLAUBSDOMINIZIL

Im Mai/Juni 2012 konnten wir uns 3 Wochen in der "CASA DEL SOL" wohlfühlen. Freunde, die uns dort für eine Woche besuchten, sagten: "Das ist kein Haus, das ist ein Anwesen!" Und dieses Ensemble aus dem schönem, großem Haus, Pool- und anderen Terrassen und üppiger Gartenanlage hat uns bezaubert. Kleine Mängel, die man ja fast immer und bei jedem Haus finden kann, minderten das Urlaubserlebnis nicht wirklich. Ansonsten: Ein toll ausgestattetes Haus (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine...), hübsch eingerichtet, viel Platz, herrlicher Pool, traumhafte Ausblicke auf Meer und Berge und ein tolles Dorf, dass alles bietet, was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt. Ende September / Anfang Oktober 2012 haben wir alles nach unseren Wünschen wieder vorgefunden. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder!

WUNDERBARES HAUS

Wir haben in der Villa Porta del Sol einen fantastischen Urlaub genossen.
Das Haus ist wirklich super schön, sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Der Pool ist klasse und hat vorallem unseren Kindern sehr gefallen, genauso wie das großzügige und gut gestaltete Grundstück ringsum.
Man hat sehr viel Ruhe, einen fantastischen Blick und findet im Haus alles was man braucht.
Alles ist mit viel Liebe gepflegt und ausgestattet und man kann sich sehr wohl fühlen.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und auch zur Beteuerin war immer sehr herzlich und unkompliziert und wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt.
Die Lage ist herrlich, alles ist mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen.
Der Strand von Fuzeta ist wunderschön und auch Barril ca. 15 min mit dem Auto ist herrlich. Dank des Autobahnnetzes sind auch die Städte der Westalgarve gut und zügig zu erreichen.
Alles in allem ein wirklich ganz tolles Haus und nur weiter zu empfehlen.

EINFACH TRAUMHAFT...!

Wir haben bereits unseren zweiten Urlaub hier verbracht. Wer sich Ruhe und Erholung wünscht, ist hier genau richtig.
Man ist absolut ungestört und kann so richtig ausspannen.

Mit dem Auto ist man schnell bei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, am Strand oder an einem der schönen Orte, wo es viel Sehenswertes gibt. Aber am schönsten ist es auf einer der Terrassen, wo man sich vom Alltagsstress zurückziehen kann.

Reibungsloser Ablauf mit Mietvertrag, auch bei Ankunft und Abreise hat alles geklappt.

Wir können dieses Feriendomizil wirklich weiterempfehlen und werden selber auch wieder kommen!

The villa lies outside of Moncarapacho, at the foot of the Cerro de Cabeça. There is an almost 180° view of the sea from the second floor terrace. Very quite area with gentle hills, a seldom used unpaved road lies about 100m from the house. There are just 4 other houses within 200 – 500m.

  • All bedrooms offer much place (20m², 17m² and 15m²) have a bathroom En suite (approx. 8m²) with WC, bath tub, bidet and lavabo. The bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with 2 large single beds each and have an exit to a partly covered terrace. The house is of a high standard, completely furnished and is ideal for summer rental, as the rooms are large with high ceilings. Linen for the bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms (towels) are provided. The large entrance hall connects the dining room with the kitchen and the living room. In the entrance hall there is also a guest WC and the stairs to the first floor. The kitchen is large (16m²) with a separate table and corner seating and a full automatic coffee machine. There is also a door out the east side where the round pool (4.0m x 0.9m) is situated. The cooker has 2 gas and 2 electric rings.
