|Minimum Stay||2 - 3 nights|
Newly built and available September 2014. Gut reaction: jaw drops, eyes ridiculous grin forms across your face. “Holy. Moly.” What happens when your wildest dreams and most outrageous vacation fantasies collide? You arrive outside Sea Princess Castle, pinching yourself

Quite honestly, this home is a palace. Poll each and every member of your family and friends for their most outlandish, most implausible request of a vacation home:

• Basics first: sweeping ocean views and absolute privacy.
• Improve on that? Ah-ha! A vanishing-edge pool. A big, big one. With a shallow sunning area for sipping cocktails? Yes?
• Budding cooks and cupcake gurus might want a gourmet kitchen with more ocean views. Done.
• Young boys (and fully grown ones) might wish for a model train set, traveling a circuit around a top-notch home theater room. Just kidding. Around one of the home theater rooms.

Is your head spinning? Sorry, we’re only just getting started.

A formal sitting room has just the right amount of elegance, without being fussy. Line up all your lovies along the biggest sectional sofa ever seen - take silly group photos, watch a movie all together (yes really, there’s space for everyone) or - in winter - just hang out around the fire.

In the kitchen, if you don’t swoon first at its size (‘humungous’, we believe, is the technical term), then its double oven and 6+ hob gas range will have you feeling faint: so many recipes, so little time. Eat six meals a day, if only to best enjoy your outside dining area on the pool deck. To ring the changes, why not start with happy hour on the 2nd-floor veranda? Get there by stairs? Maybe - but the elevator might be more fun.

One night’s sleep in the master bedroom will surely count for a week’s rest anywhere else. It’s that relaxing, that comfortable, that gorgeous. Bedrooms and floors are sound-proofed, so you’ll only awake when good and ready. An in-suite fireplace is among a host of benefits: ocean views on wake-up, closets and bathroom the size of Rhode Island.

Nine other guest bedrooms include two four-poster beds and decadent en suite facilities. Kids have a play area/bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (four beds total). Each bathroom is different, finished with marble, Kohler fixtures and other high-end touches. Guests can pick and choose their favorite. There is also a sleeper sofa in the game room that sleeps 2. There is a upstairs loft with separate door and entrance that includes a bonus king bed.

A formal dining area, a breakfast nook and a second, smaller guest kitchen ensure round-the-clock feasting.

Should you ever remember the real world, forgotten outside, wireless Internet is included. The home’s technological spoils are many and include HDTV's.

Private and gated, this property is at the end of a cul-de-saq and also boasts a beach access path just steps away. Don’t laugh - of course it’s all here. Why wouldn’t it be? Sea Princess Castle takes its name seriously - while here, you’ll be very, very spoiled.
My name is Steve Milo and I stay in Vacation Rental Homes when I travel both domestically and abroad. I own several vacation rental homes and listen carefully to our guests and their feedback and then opened my company Vacation Rental Pros in 2006! Our greatest compliment is when our guests refer our web site to their friends and relatives. AND, now Vacation Rental Pros is managing over 825 properties in Ft Myers Beach, Orlando, St Augustine Beach, Daytona Beach, Palm Coast and Ponte Vedra Beach. Our guests and their great 'word of mouth' have helped us expand to over 825+ vacation rentals. We booked over 15,000 rentals and received over 5,000 guest reviews in 2014.
Spotless and nicely decorated. Loved the view from all the windows. It would have been nice to have a few more coffee mugs and water glasses. The full-size mattress in the third bedroom was not very comfortable - you could feel the springs when you lay down on it.
I'd go again tomorrow!!!
We loved our stay in this condo. There is plenty of room, it's quiet, and it's gorgeous with a perfect view of the ocean. The beach wasn't crowded, and we saw dolphins, pelicans, and lovely sunrises every day. Our 14 year-old loved the two pools. There
are lots of good restaurants nearby, and St. Augustine is only a short drive away. Palm Coast is one of the best kept secrets in Florida. We will definitely be back!
My family and I had the best beach vacation ever. The condo, nestled half way between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach, gave us plenty of opportunities to play tourist in several directions. The beach itself is beautiful, and we enjoyed swims in the ocean

pool. Our condo offered several ocean views from a huge lanai, was furnished nicely, and had a great kitchen, where we prepared mackerel and barricuda my grandson caught at Ponce Inlet. Hated to leave and plan to return!
Pro's: Location, views, security, spacious condo, un-crowded beach, ability to watch sealife from beach and balcony. Immaculate grounds and beach. Great check-in/out procedure.
Con's: High priced considering long walk to pool, much of it on the road. Construction traffic and noise a distraction. A bit over-the-top with rules around pool areas. Please decide if you are going to be a family or retirement community to remove the uncomfortable air around the pools.
balcony wall, smelly, falling-apart furniture. We'd go back to 755 but not 754.
