This townhouse is a private community.

You won't be disappointed : The master bedroom sleeps two with two large closets. One bedroom sleeps two. The living room has a fold out couch for two and the lower level family room sleeps two and has a shower, a jacuzzi and 1/2 bathroom. The back of the house has an attached Atrium where you can relax on an enclosed porch or use as a dinning area. Central air conditioning and a 42' flat screen TV with a sound system. The house has its own driveway. The25%-50% deposit required to reserve dates. This may be paid by credit-card. Balance due before arrival. 11:00AM check-out on departure date. No smoking. No pets.
