The philosophy behind Atlantic Vista Beach House is simple: More is more. At Atlantic Vista you’ll have more space (so that you can invite more family and friends), more amenities, and more breathtaking views than you could have imagined—and when you stay here you’ll have more fun than you ever dreamed of.
Newly built to the highest specifications, Atlantic Vista Beach House is within the exclusive, gated Ocean Hammock oceanfront community. You’ll have access to a spectacular pool and clubhouse right across the street from the house. Even better, the Atlantic Ocean and stunning beach are mere yards away. And when you’re not out there swimming, windsurfing, or beachcombing, you can gaze out at the sparkling waves and breathe in the salt-perfumed breeze from one of the house’s many terraces and balconies. For a change of pace, you can also look out on Hammock Beach Resort’s Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course.
The three-story Mediterranean-style house has five bedrooms, with 4.5 baths, and can sleep up to a dozen people without the least bit of crowding. Each of the bedrooms is furnished with comfort at front of mind: Two of the bedrooms have king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, two more have queen-size beds, and the fifth has two twin beds. What’s more, each bedroom has its own HDTV, and of course fresh bedding and towels will be waiting upon your arrival. Still not enough sleeping quarters for you? A sofa in the first-floor rec room converts to a bed for two.
Although all the bedrooms at Atlantic Vista Beach House are fabulous, the palatial master suite is worthy of special mention. Located on the second floor, it has a private balcony with panoramic vistas, making it an ideal spot for a glass of wine under the stars or the first glimpse of the sunrise. The master suite’s charms don’t end there: The bedroom also has a 42-inch HDTV with a Blu-ray/DVD player, as well as a private bathroom with a garden-style tub and a separate walk-in shower.
If the bedrooms are dedicated to utter rest and relaxation, the first floor of the house is devoted to fun. The rec room has a 60-inch HDTV and Blu-ray/DVD player along with luxury theater seats—perfect for gathering everyone together for a movie night. And the covered patio is equally perfect for lingering outdoors, especially on hot days when you want to enjoy the cooling breeze without wilting in the sun.
The main living area is on the third floor—and if you prefer not to take the stairs, Atlantic Vista Beach House has an elevator at your disposal. The expansive living room has a 50-inch HDTV as well as a gas fireplace and a bounty of windows that let the light pour in. The adjacent dining room has a table that expands to seat up to eight, as well as a breakfast bar with stools for six more.
Then again, why would you want to eat indoors when you could dine outside, on the covered third-story terrace? In addition to ample seating and tables, the terrace has a gas grill and a summer kitchen so that you can rustle up burgers or kabobs while looking out at sea, sand, and sky.
Of course, there’s a full indoor kitchen too, complete with new appliances, polished wood cabinetry, and granite countertops. The cupboards are stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware galore. Just add food, and you've got everything you need to cook and serve a feast.
There are plenty of other conveniences we haven’t even touched upon: the washer and dryer, the two-car garage, the free wireless web access… And of course there’s the stellar location, near St. Augustine, Marineland, restaurants, shopping, and so much more.
Forget the old saying “less is more.” Atlantic Vista Beach House proves that when it comes to a vacation getaway, more is more. For more luxury and relaxation than you dared hope for, book your stay at Atlantic Vista Beach House today.
My name is Steve Milo and I stay in Vacation Rental Homes when I travel both domestically and abroad. I own several vacation rental homes and listen carefully to our guests and their feedback! Our greatest compliment is when our guests refer our web site to their friends and relatives. AND, now I am managing other people's properties in St Augustine Beach, Daytona Beach, Palm Coast and Ponte Vedra Beach. Our guests and their great 'word of mouth' have helped us expand to over 500+ vacation rentals. We booked over 10,000 rentals and received over 3,000 guest reviews in 2011. You can find some of these by going to search engines and typing in Steve Milo or 'Vacation Rental Pros' . Thank you!

There is also a minor league baseball team and a professional football team and stadium.
