A combination of family home and world-class resort, Bermuda Bay is our oceanview house on exclusive, private Cinnamon Beach. It has an elevator, pool, 3 master suites, an office with sleeper bed, a gourmet kitchen, and all the amenities of Cinnamon Beach.

From the moment you see our 3-storey Mediterranean-style home, you'll know you've “Arrived” . . and in such style! Everything is fresh, new, and absolutely top-drawer, from the gorgeous pool and surrounding area (fenced in and beautifully landscaped) to the second- and third-storey balconies with their splendid views. Ride the elevator to the top of the house and then make your way down, glorious new surprises greeting you every step of the way!

The 3rd floor is the main living area of Bermuda Bay, containing the formal living room, kitchen, dining room, and one of the master suites. Where to begin?! Perhaps a quick pop out to the balcony, covered for shade and smoothly tiled, with comfy chairs overlooking both the pond in one direction and the ocean in another. This means sunrise views at dawn, sunset spectaculars during cocktail hour! And just in case you can’t bring yourself to leave this fabulous area, there’s a Weber gas grill waiting to help you prepare the catch of the day, steaks and burgers, and s’mores for the kids!

Once you step into the living room, you’ll wonder why you waited – because with long windows on several walls, the views just come indoors with you! In this room you’ll sink into ultra-soothing couches and chairs, just perfect for your favorite movie or the big game on the HDTV. The rest of the year, the silent ceiling fan circulates the perfectly cooled air. Heaven!

Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, set in a bright corner of the house with ocean views and sunlight streaming in from two directions. The kitchen is alongside this space, and one look will tell you that you’re not in Kansas anymore. A 42” built-in refrigerator stands ready to house your groceries and store the delicious restaurant take-homes, while an induction microwave, convection oven, and Wolf gas cooktop combine to make your home cooking into something worthy of the Food Network.

A half-bath is convenient to the living and dining area, so that no one need intrude upon the master suite. This is one of the showpieces of Bermuda Bay, boasting a king-sized bed, desk, HDTV, French doors to the balcony, and plenty of open space. The bath contains a jetted Jacuzzi tub you will find hard to part with when it’s time to go home, as well as a walk-in shower and dual vanities.

Travel to the 2nd floor and you find yourself on the mezzanine overlooking 1st-floor family room. Clerestory windows and breathtaking views surround you. This floor contains another master suite – this one with a kind-sized bed, HDTV, walk-in shower and tub – as well as a comfy den with a sofa that opens into a sleeper bed. And another terrace awaits you on this level, with views of both the ocean and the pond. Be sure to bring the binoculars – you’re certain to see water birds at Bermuda Bay!

Ride the elevator down to the first floor and settle into the family room, a huge and well-appointed space that includes a wet bar, a 50” HDTV with Blu-ray, and one entire wall of doors opening onto the pool area. It’s indoor/outdoor living at its very best! The pool is large enough for the whole gang to splash in making it irresistible!

The ground floor also features a master suite with a king-sized bed, HDTV, and en-suite bathroom, as well as a half-bath and a very useful laundry room. Walk right in from the 2-car garage, or use the formal entrance that takes you to the second level!

Cinnamon Beach is just steps away, family friendly and private. At Bermuda Bay, you also have access to all the amenities of the exclusive, gated Cinnamon Beach, including 2 pools, a fitness center, game rooms, a café, a kids’ water park, and jogging trails. Come experience the beach as never before.
My name is Steve Milo and I stay in Vacation Rental Homes when I travel both domestically and abroad. I own several vacation rental homes and listen carefully to our guests and their feedback and then opened my company Vacation Rental Pros in 2006! Our greatest compliment is when our guests refer our web site to their friends and relatives. AND, now Vacation Rental Pros is managing over 825 properties in Ft Myers Beach, Orlando, St Augustine Beach, Daytona Beach, Palm Coast and Ponte Vedra Beach. Our guests and their great 'word of mouth' have helped us expand to over 825+ vacation rentals. We booked over 15,000 rentals and received over 5,000 guest reviews in 2014.
My only caveat is that I wish I had housekeeping come in more frequently. I wasn't sure if I could call them frequently or not? I needed to look into that more.

Otherwise the area is nice, the greenery is beautiful and the beach being close by was great.
There are numerous restrictions in the pool areas, but being steps from the beach trumps it all. The Condo was very nice and open with a large balcony. The management company found us two units side by side which allowed kids to come and gobetween condos
as they pleased without parents worrying too much. It was a nice condo/resort.
The condo is in the middle of nowhere. There are very few restaurants around and not much to do besides the beach. We called to get a ceiling fan fixed (in one of the bedrooms) and got no help. We were told that sometimes the owners choose NOT to fix them when they break. Then one day my husband and I went out to Walmart and my 14 year old son stayed back at the condo. When we arrived home he informed us that while he was watching tv the door opened and in came a Realtor with potential customers! He said they didn't ring the bell or knock on the door! I was quite alarmed. I called Steve Milo who returned my call with an apology but it was still very unsettling. The sheets in the master do not fit the deep mattress and constantly come undone...very annoying. The towels are all mismatched, some with bleach stains on them. There was a 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper in one bathroom and no pitcher for making ice tea, etc. All of these things are not a big deal alone, but put together they sure are! The ten o'clock departure out of a 3 bedroom condo is quite difficult. You pay a cleaning fee and then you still have to strip the beds, do the towels and wash the sheets, empty all garbages, run the dishwasher and broom clean the place! At 9:10 am I was shocked when the door to our condo opened and I heard a woman's voice asking if we were leaving soon! What? I said at 10:00 am we will be and she stayed outside our door for a long time. When going to the car with some luggage, she yelled down from the upper stairway and told me to do the towels and sheets. I told her that the wash was going and then she complained about Saturday's and all the people coming in and out and how people don't do the towels, blah, blah, blah. I payed a cleaning fee and have to do all of this cleaning? Never again
The only fault we can find overall is the request to help when leaving as in stripping beds, running a load of wash and the dishwasher too. Maybe rethink this one as the property is expensive to rent and if you need extra done hire more staff to clean for the turnover to come on time. This is the only thing that will make us reconsider coming back.
The condo needs a ceiling fan on the balcony because the morning sun was too hot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee outside. The lock on the sliding glass door needs to be repaired so that you don't have to struggle with putting in the pvc pipe each time you leave. It would be nice to have a restaurant that serves seafood and steak so that you wouldn't have to leave the
