Great cabin, location, owner!

We loved this cabin. It was very comfortable for our two families. I love the layout with the two kids rooms upstairs and the two adult rooms downstairs. The one room is definitely the master, much bigger than the other so it feels a little unfair when sharing with another family. Because I planned the whole thing, the other family insisted we take the master but I still felt a little bad about it.
The common spaces are nice. Small fenced yard felt totally safe, the table was perfect for the 8 of us for meals and the tv and games were all great.
The location was great. It was close to tubing, stores and skiing. We did actually drive to big bear b/c we had all our stuff, but my husband walked home to get something once and once we split and so he went home later and that couldn't have happened if we weren't so close.
Finally, the owner was so nice and pleasant and responsive in the whole transaction which made a big difference to me loving it versus just liking it.
Would stay there again.
