This large, 1500 sq ft luxury vacation condo is a rare find in Victoria's Inner Harbour. Enjoy downtown living at its best with sweeping views from the wrap around balcony and the ideal location adjacent to the world-renowned Empress Hotel. Exquisite design and luxury finishes make this a wonderful choice .

Features to be noted include over height floor-to-ceiling windows/doors out to the balcony to take in the stunning ocean, mountain and city views. Enjoy the morning sunrise or evening sunset; take in the vibrancy of the city action on the deck or people watch at the pool a few floors below.

Another feature is the Italian kitchen designed by Schiffini. All of our properties are fully equipped to make your vacation easy and stress free. The kitchen has everything you need with all stainless steel appliances: microwave, stove with large oven, a large refrigerator, double sink, dishwasher, toaster oven, and much more. All kitchen utensils are supplied as well as your basic staples and often more.

This unit has two bedrooms plus a den in addition to the spacious living and dining area, offering multiple living spaces for when you want some quiet time to yourself. There is in suite washer and dryer. A secure underground Private Parking space is also included.

New features now include a second TV and black out blinds in the bedrooms for those nights in the summer when the sun never seems to set.

There is so much to offer in Victoria’s premier building with air conditioning, an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, fitness facility, amenities room.

Within a few minutes walk are: the world famous Empress Hotel and Victoria Inner harbour, the BC legislature buildings, BC Royal Museum and IMAX theatre, cosmopolitan boutique stores, fine dining, bustling coffee shops, spas, tourist attractions, movie theatres and markets.

Thank you for the warm reception. The location and accommodation are everything they appear to be and more. Watching the storm clouds roll in and play hide and seek with the Olympic Peninsula Mountains was mesmerizing.

Walk through Beacon Park to Oak and Cook villages. Walk or bike one of the fabulous trails and don't miss the book stores, can hardly find one in the States anymore. Comic books on Johnson, Munro's on Government and one on Fort Street.

Beautiful Place

My family and I had an excellent stay here. Views from the condo were absolutely gorgeous and the furnishings in the condo were amazing. Bruce was very helpful - met us on arrival and departure.

We were traveling with a 1 year old and rented some baby equipment from a place called "Little Monkey Rentals" - Highly recommend that place as well.

The apartment was quite stunning and the location was prime. Our concierge, Bruce, was very quick to fix a squeaky door and gave all the information we needed for a lovely stay. However, we did feel that for the price, we should not have been asked to do the laundry. If we had been allowed to stay a couple hours past check-out then it would have seemed very reasonable but we were not. The laundry facilities should have instructions right on the front of the machine so people would not have to guess how to do it. Later we found instructions in the book but by then it was too late. The apartment should have a larger capacity washer/dryer so that all the laundry can be done fast enough so lodgers would not have to start it on their own. My husband was quite upset by this. I assured him it was not a big deal, but when I went to start the sheets load I was very confused by the use of the machine and ended up feeling put-upon myself.

We have done a lot of traveling both in Canada & internationally and were extremely satisfied with this lovely apartment. The location was excellent - we walked most places. The apartment was beautifully finished and had nice balconies for sitting outside. We used the pool one afternoon too & it was nice. We had very nice service from the concierges who met us for check-in and check-out. All in all great accommodations and fairly reasonably priced. I would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful accommodations - lovely area

My husband I and were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and we invited another couple to take a northern tour with us (we live in Georgia). The condo location was absolutely ideal – we didn’t rent a car until the day we left to continue north. We spent our mornings walking and touring the area, then after an early supper we would return and sit on the patio and watch the sea planes and sunsets. The accommodations were very agreeable – the large living room gave the four of us room to spread out and play cards, and the secondary den and television area provided room when we wanted to catch up on any news (which wasn’t very often!) - and the heated floor in the master bathroom was a delight! The only surprise we had was the size of the washer and dryer – we had intended to launder our clothes during our stay, and the compact appliance sizes required a few more loads than anticipated. We sent Bruce a text message about the unit one time, and he was on our doorstep within fifteen minutes.
The area is lovely, and the weather was perfect. We were able to wear light jackets in the mornings, and a hot cup of coffee on the deck was a great way to end the day. We did visit the Empress Hotel for tea, and we also had lunch at the Parliament building, both of which required reservations, and both of which we would do again. The Parliament is a magnificent site, and the tour guides were eloquent and knowledgeable. We ate at Red Fish Blue Fish on the harbour as well, and loved it so much we returned the next evening (Cod Tacos, mmm-mmm). We chose to eat around 5pm and waited no more than 20 minutes in line each time.
Victoria itself is indescribable – we enjoyed the Water Taxi tour, the Fisherman’s Wharf area, Butchart Gardens (we thought to spend about three hours and we spent seven), the BC Museum and the Imax presentation – it would be very easy to stay in this one location for two weeks and find something new to do every day. Thank you to Bruce and Liz for helping make our anniversary special – we appreciate your help in arranging our stay here, and we would love to come to this same place again.

The condo is just as the picture shows. Excellent in every way. Very close to all the amenities that a tourist, business person or long term guest would want. Bruce and Liz were very helpful and pleasant to deal with... Thanks so much
Only draw back was there was just one Television in the den. Would be nice to have a TV in each bedroom as well.
