LUXURIOUS CUSTOM RESORT LIKE HOME WITH SPECTACULAR SWIMMING POOL. Whether entertaining friends or family, or enjoying some quiet time to RELAX AND RENEW, this property is sure to WOW you! Custom built 5 bedroom 4 bath home includes a gourmet kitchen, extensive open floor plan, lake and mountain views, outdoor kitchen, putting green, swim up bar, and a must see swimming pool with slide, a grotto, and rope swing.

The Master Suite is situated on one side of the home, while the other bedrooms are one the opposite. Two bedrooms share a bath and the 4th bedroom is a master suite in itself. The 5th bedroom and final bath is located in the pool house seperate from the main house and could also be considered a master suite. The main Master suite has a king size pillow top bed, fireplace,flat panel, seperate dvr, an impressive soak tub, dual sinks, large walk in shower, and walk in closet. All bed linens are fine egyptian cotton.

About The Owner

My husband and I met in Lake Havasu City while vacationing nearly 25 years ago. We had both grown up spending time here with our families and absolutly loved it. Once we started our own family, it seemed natural to have a place that we could call our desert oasis. My husband and I designed and built this home for our family. It was a long process, but worth all of the work!

The Owner purchased this house in 1997
Why The Owner chose Lake Havasu

My parents started bringing me to Lake Havasu when I was about two years old. My entire extended family would camp at the local campground, then my grandparents retired here and bought a home. I spent most of my summers here for as far back as I can remember. Then, I met my husband on the beach at the local campground. We both loved spending time here, so decided to buy a place of our own. We spent many happy summers in that house. We decided a few years ago to remodel it. Our friends dubbed it The Desert Oasis!

What makes this house unique

Upon arrival I always feel a sense of calm come over me. We usually head straight for the pool! The kids dive right in, but I prefer to grab a good book, find a quiet area of the yard (of which there are many) and get lost in a good story. My husband likes to grab a cold beer, and float on a raft. It never ceases to amaze me how quickly we forget about the busy lives that we lead back home. Good weather, good people, good food, and a spectacular property always make for a good time.

Our family took a vacation to visit Lake Havasu and luckily you can see the lake from the house because the kids or us didn't want to leave this place. We have stayed at some luxury resorts that don't hold a candle to this place. Everything went very smooth and Melissa did a wonderful job making us feel at ease with all our travel arrangements. Book early this place will fill up fast!!

40 years of bliss

Wow, what a home! The owners have done a spetacular job with this home. We had a blast here with our children and grandchildren. The layout is perfect, lots of privacy in both the layout of the house and the beautiful yard and spetacular pool. We will be reserving several times again next summer and thank the owners for sharing their home with us.

EXCEPTIONAL VACATION HOME!

Wow. We just had our first experience at Lake Havasu, and stayed at this piece of paradise for a short 3 days. Wish it could have been longer! It was everything we could have expected. We were a family reunion of 4 families, and felt completely comfortable, and had plenty of space.
The swimming pool is every child's (or adult) dream pool! It is HUGE and so much fun! The swim-up bar and incredible surround-sound stereo gave a great resort feel! I don't know what else to say - this place is SWEET! Can't wait to go back! Thank you Melissa - you have an exceptional vacation home. Thank you so much for sharing it!

Welcome to Paradise!

Wow! That's what you'll say when you walk in the front door. This home is beautifully appointed. Wonderful bedrooms and bathrooms and a gourmet kitchen. And then you walk outside!! Let's just say our kids "freaked out" when they saw the resort style swimming pool and pool house. Suddenly taking the boat out on the lake became secondary to just hanging out at the house, sliding down the water slide and swinging on the rope swing. Plus, this is a "smart house". You won't believe all the things this house can control!! We're reserving our week for next year already! Melissa was very helpful and our stay was wonderful. Can't wait to return.

Hands down the best house in Havasu

This home was unbelieveable, from the moment i walked in the front gate i was amazed. It was spacious, everything was very comfortable, and had everything you would ever need and then some. Now the pool was just rediculous, Ive never seen anything that compare to this pool, with the slide, rope swing, and also haveing a outside kitchen where we all sat and watched a NBA finals game while in the pool and having a couple drinks. It was so relaxing and a great get away. Melissa was very responsive and helpful and we all thank her for letting us rent her beautiful home and we hope to do the same again next year.
