Our 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath pet friendly end unit townhouse located in Barefoot Resort overlooks the fountain lake. The unit features one King, one Queen, and two Full beds. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's and ceiling fans. Our unit has a private driveway with two car garage.
The unit has been freshly painted with new carpeting and hardwood floors installed. The living room has vaulted ceiling with a 55' flat screen for the entire family to enjoy those action movies kicked back in the leather sofas.
The kitchen has granite counters and is equipped with everything you need to make those home cooked meals. Enjoy two seating areas around the kitchen table or in the dining room.
If barbecuing is more your style, enjoy grilling out on the screened - in porch where you can cook and eat your meals alfresco, or just sit back and relax around the table with family and friends and listen to the soothing sound of the fountain on the small lake.
The pool is located steps from the unit, but if you enjoy the sand between your toes, the private beach is located one mile from the entrance to the Resort. Enjoy the many water sports the beach has to offer. Barefoot offers a free shuttle to the beach which runs every 15 minutes in the summer months.
The Resort also has one of the largest pools on the Grand Strand with a hot tub which is located at the North Tower and overlooks the Inter coastal waterway.
If you want to take a break from the sand and water and interested in a little shopping, visit Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach or the Market Commons where you can definitely shop till you drop.
For the golfer who enjoys hitting that little ball around, enjoy the four championship golf courses by Greg Norman, Davis Love, Pete Dye & Tom Fazio.
