The Seaside Condos are located in the 6-story Phase 1 Puesta del Sol Building. The Seaside Condos are just north of the Sunset Condos along oceanfront in sunny Cozumel. Just a little over a mile north of the central plaza, the Seaside Condos are convenient to town, the airport and the marina. Activities available at the condo include shore diving/snorkeling, dive boat pick up, swimming, sunsets, barbeque, and more.

This 2 bedroom ground level unit provides convenient access to the pool. The unit is decorated in bright colors and Mexican handicrafts and features marble floors throughout.
There are great ocean views from the living room, dining room, master bedroom. A patio overlooking the pool/ocean is accessible from dining room and master bedroom.

The master bedroom has 1 king, a private bath and a sleep sofa .

The second bedroom has 2 twin. Guests in this bedroom can use the second bath just off the hall.
