This perfect 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is great for a group of 4 to 6 looking to enjoy a vacation in beautiful Ahwatukee, AZ. The property is located 20 mins from the airport, and just minutes away from shopping, dining, sports stadiums, and the closest golf course is less than a ½ mile away.

The interior of the home has been stylishly decorated with all the right accents throughout. The open floor plan makes it easy to enjoy cooking a good meal and conversing with your family and friends at the same time. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to take on whatever you can throw its way. Family room has a 42” HDTV, great for catching a game, watching your favorite TV show, or watching a movie with the family.

Jump in the pool anytime of year. Enjoy a nice day by the pool in the summer or heat it up in the winter for a cozy swim! The propane BBQ is on standby once you’re done enjoying the pool. Turn it on and have a nice dinner while watching the sunset in The Ahwatukee Foothills.

If you are looking for a clean, relaxing holiday rental in a private and safe neighborhood you must stay here. The house is not only affordable, comfortable and spacious but immaculately kept. A private heated pool and covered patio. Great for BBQ's and all day in the pool. If you like to shop or sight see you have easy access to all major freeways. Located in Ahwatukee -15 - 20 mins. from airport. I will certainly be booking this property the next visit to Phoenix. A definite 5* property. LOVED IT !!!!!
