Although it's not right on the water; at just ten blocks from the beach and equally close to Sail Bay & Mission Bay, it's a bargain, a fraction of the cost of places on the ocean or bay. You'll have more money for San Diego attractions and restaurants!

You can spend the day shopping on Garnet Avenue, just a block and a half to the south, and watch the sunset on the ocean and bay while attending the free Sunday summer concerts at beautiful Kate Sessions Park just up the hill. And of course, the beach is always a short ride away on the new provided beach cruiser bicycles!

For less than the price of family accommodations at a hotel you can stay in this centrally located, nicely and comfortably furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath home with a pet-friendly enclosed yard, gas BBQ, large flat screen TV, DVD, Internet with WiFi, and unlimited phone calling.

Have you ever had an experience where a business treated you as if you were their only customer? That is how we felt about this rental. My wife and I really enjoyed this rental for our 5 days in San Diego. The owner/rental company was very thorough, responsive, professional and friendly. The rental was exactly as described, in great shape and very clean. We have nothing bad to say about it. It was close to everything and perfect for us and our dogs. The yard was fenced in so we didn't have to worry about our dogs escaping. Don't hesitate to rent this place - it was awesome!
