4TH OF JULY WEEK NOW OPEN, 5 HOUSES FROM THE BEACH!

Me, my wife, and her best friend recently stayed here for several nights while in town to run a race and visit with family that lives locally. We could not have been more pleased with the location. We are partially reluctant to post such a gleaming review as that could affect its price and availability for future trips, but a great deal like this should be shared by as many people as possible. The house stands out as one of the nicest on the street and you can tell even from the outside that significant effort has been put in to upgrades and maintenance. The inside is even more impressive, the perfect one bedroom beach house. Modern and well-stocked kitchen (minus food of course), flat screen TV with a PS3 and DVD player, spacious bedroom, and a recently remodeled bathroom. The location is as advertised only a short walk from the beach, you can clearly hear the ocean from the bedroom at night. The house is in a very convenient location for shopping and dining as well. Everything listed in the description is accurate and the pictures don't even fully depict the reality. The entire property is very well maintained and clean. The permanent gas attachment for the grill was a nice surprise when we had my wife's family over for dinner after our race. We ran in to one of the owners upon our arrival and he was very nice and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.
