This Charming 1 Bedroom Condo is located in the heart of Bavaro in the only fishing village left in this stretch, a place called El Cortecito. Here in this lovely beach town is where Santa Maria del Mar is located.

Santa Maria is within a 7 minute walk to the pristine beaches of Bavaro Beach and 10 minutes from the colorful shacks selling souvenirs, supermarkets, the local bakery and a stones throw from an ample variety of restaurants and cafes.

This pretty 1 bedroom condo is an excellent getaway from those noisy, crowded all inclusive resorts.

Despite having just one bedroom the condo is surprising spacious and has enough bed space to sleep up to 4 adults. It has an AC unit and ceiling fan in both the bedroom and in the living room to maximize comfort. Located on the second floor with a pool view from the balcony. It has one and a half bathrooms, a laundry room with washer and dryer, living/ dining room and a balcony with a pool view. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster and blender. This beautiful condo is also equipped with light weight beach chairs and a small handy cooler to take along with you to the beach.

Santa Maria is in the perfect location.. minutes away from white sandy beaches, golf courses, water sports and a quick cab ride will take you to the Palma Real Shopping Mall. The outdoor plaza is one of the newer establishments in Punta Cana, offering several boutique shops, winebars, cafes, an ice-cream store and famous stores like QuikSilver, Adidas, Puma and Billabong. It also has a wide variety of famous restaurants; Tony Romas and Hard Rock Cafe and it boasts a local cinema.

  • Weekly Rate: US$550
    Monthly Rate: US$900





    Clients will be charged 50% of the rental in advance to book the condo.

    On arrival clients will be required to pay the remaining 50% balance along with a Security Deposit of US$600 (cash ONLY)

    The Security Deposit will be first used to pay any applicable Electrical Consumption Charges, an exit cleaning fee of US$60 and Damage Charges, if any. Any remaining portion of the Security Deposit will be refunded in cash.
