Come enjoy your vacation in Fenwick Island, the most southeastern of the Delaware beaches and a real old fashioned seaside town. Fishing, crabbing and windsurfing may be enjoyed on the bay. Swim in the beautiful ocean or relax by sunbathing on the guarded beaches. Everything in Fenwick is a walk or bike ride away. Fenwick Island is a year-round community that welcomes visitors.

Right across from Public Beach Access, this beautiful newly renovated condo is perfect for your vacation. The condo is located bayside just north of the Ocean City border on Coastal Highway in Fenwick Island, DE.

Condo sleeps 9 total. There is a master suite with a Queen Bed and state of the art shower. Second bedroom has a double bed and twin bunk beds. The living room has a fold out queen sofa and fold out twin loveseat. Both bedrooms and living room have ample closet space. The second full bathroom is located off the hallway.

This condo has all the amenities you are looking for. There is central air conditioning, a full kitchen, and plenty of space to kick back and relax. The eating area seats 8-10 comfortably for those large family meals. You will enjoy sitting on the brand new couches and watching your favorite shows on the Flat Screen TV or surfing the web on the secure wi-fi network.

The condo is walking distance to the Fenwick Town Park with playground, basketball, and shuffleboard. The Condo Village is just across the street from the beautiful, clean, guarded beaches. A town parking pass is included in the rent so that you can choose to park right next to the dunes and unpack all those beach supplies such as chairs and coolers. Royal Farms and Dunkin Donuts are just down the street and a bike rental shop close by. In addition to local Fenwick shopping, the outlets in Rehobeth are just a short drive away.

My husband and I are both educators from Maryland. Fenwick Island is our favorite place to kick back and relax. We enjoy traveling and meeting new people.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2011
Why The Owner chose Fenwick Island

We couldn't pass up owning a condo in an old fashioned seaside town.

The unit was quite spacious for a 2 bd, 2 bath. Addition sleeping room with pull out couches.

The rental was exactly as avertised. It was great for a family of three with a small child and I can see it being great for much larger families. The beach was a 5 minute walk away - a small price to pay for such an affordable rental. There are a ton of conveniences nearby and Rehobeth and Ocean City, MD are a short drive away.

The rental was clean and very renter friendly. We had plenty of entertainment for when we were not at the beach (Netflix, WiFi). We also made good use of the kitchen and made many of our own meals in the full kitchen.

Overall I would stay here again and would definitely recommend this rental to others.

The property was as described. It was nicely decorated-very comfortable. The ocean access was just a short walk across the street. It was a very nice area with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The condo was VERY clean, and had lots of comfortable beds and ample seating. It was nicely decorated and had lots of extras, such as wi-fi, a Keurig coffeemaker, and a great tv. The beach was very convenient, as was the Royal Farms (with a Redbox movie rental kiosk), the liquor store, grocery store, and lots of other shops. The condo and area felt safe and quiet (Fenwick is a perfect lazy beach town!), while only being a short distance from the busier town of Ocean City - in fact, we walked across the border several times during our stay.

I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

Perfect Beach Getaway

If you are looking for a very comfortable and very relaxing beach getaway rent THIS condo. The best part is it looks even better in person!

It is a great central location for a DELMARVA beach getaway .You are close enough to get to the crowds and craziness of Ocean City, MD by bus or you can walk right across the street to the beach. It is also minutes from Bethany and not far from Dewey and Rehoboth just up the coast. There are restaurants close by and delivery options as well. Also, forget to pack something? Royal Farms is right across the street AND they have a redbox if you are in the mood for a movie night.

The property manager is great to work with and the information that leave is very helpful for your stay. I would definitely rent again!
