STUNNING 4 BEDROOM LUXURY VILLA LOCATED AT THE EXCLUSIVE HIGHLANDS RESERVE GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB.

FREE AND UNLIMITED LOCAL, LONG DISTANCE AND INTERNATIONAL TELEPHONE CALLS! UNLIMITED HI SPEED INTERNET ACCESS.

Located at the highest elevation of the golf course backing to forestry and the golf course, this is one of the most private and secluded positions on the whole development.

Outside is a very private (not overlooked) oversize 28 x 14 swimming pool and extended deck area. Screened lanai and extended deck area. Pool heating available at extra cost.

Inside, every item of high quality furniture and designer furnishings has been individually chosen (as opposed to the more usual budget furniture pack)

Our home comprises:-

- Large living room with 37 inch cable TV, DVD and music system.

- Dining area with table and eight chairs.

- Games room 1 / Living Room 2 with eight foot 'American Heritage' slate bed pool table.

- Games room 2 with large air hockey, foosball table, darts.

- Luxury kitchen with huge refrigerator freezer, range, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal. Laundry room with washer and dryer.

- Luxury master bedroom leading to the pool area. Complete with 6 foot king-size bed, 37 inch cable TV and walk in closet. Leads to en suite with huge walk in shower, dual basins and large corner bath.

- Second bedroom with US queen-sized bed and 32' cable TV.

- Third bedroom with 2 twin beds, 27 inch cable TV, playstation2

- Fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds, cable TV.

- Luxury family bathroom
