Why AL PREUSCH chose Balboa Island
Balboa Island provides an outstanding upbeat community atmosphere in the midst of a large population center, access to almost unlimited entertainment activities, excellent year-around weather, and proximity for us to many of our life-long friends. Also, it is a location that we were able to validate through years of renting on the Island and living, for 5 years, in the nearby community of Corona del Mar .
What makes this house unique
We are able to easily access outstanding walking and biking paths, beaches, golf, restaurants, and shopping, most of which are within easy walking distance, and all within a mile of our home.
