Grandma's Sandbox is a open floor plan with lots of windows and light, spacious, well decorated, and located on a quiet street, a short walk to the beach! There is a screen porch, porch swing, ample off street parking for 4 cars. Two master bedrooms, one on the main level, walk in closets and queen beds in 3 bedrooms, one bedroom has twin beds, dual zoned hvac. Bath one is for the master on the main lvl, master 2 upstairs has it's own bath, and the other 2 bedrooms have a jack and jill bath. Each bedroom has a tv and dvd player, some have vhs players too....there are over 100 movies for our guest's use. Electronic locking system so you have a code, no key to pick up, beds are made and ready for use. Bring your own beach towels. There is a local maintenance and cleaning company that will handle any immediate needs of my visitors. This home sleeps only 8 and has no sleep sofas or extra beds. Kitchen has dishes, glasses, pots, silverware, toaster, coffee pot, waffle iron, dish towels, pot holders, all that is needed for your kitchen use. Iron and ironing board in master closet. Full size washer and dryer. Port-a-crib and high chair and some toys and games.
