If you want to vacation at a home that has easy accessibility to the beach, no elevators, a couple of steps, your own private sandy beach to sit on in front of the unit, a short walk over the dune to the beach and updated amenities our home is for you.

Three bedroom condo located on the beach. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room, a master bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom with a trundle bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top, great for kids, a third bedroom with 2 twin beds.

Our house is air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan in the dining area and in the 3rd bedroom. There are two baths, one with a tub/shower and the other with a shower only. Our unit was refurbished two years ago with new carpet, paint, seating area, and some appliances.

The best thing about our home is it is located right on the beach. Take 2 steps down and you are in the sand with a short walk over the dune to the beach. This unit is one of 6 in a condominium unit between 57th & 58th street called the Skylark. There is one reserved parking place and plenty of street parking on 58th street.

There are both formal and casual restaurants nearby as well as tennis, putt putt golf, and nightclubs.

The unit sleeps 7 and is available for weekly rental.

1/3 of the rent is due upon signing the lease and the balance is due 3 weeks prior to the rental date. A security deposit of 400.00 is due with the final rent payment and will be reimbursed within 7-10 days after departure and inspection by cleaning crew.

The rent is $1900.00 a week and the unit is rented Saturday to Saturday. There is tax due of 10.5%- 6% Maryland & 4.5% Worchester County.
