This cozy cabin home is truly unique. Although you are in the Continental Country Club, you will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere as this home sits at the end of a secluded street. This cabin is directly across from a golf course that turns into a steep sledding hill in the wintertime. The house backs up to a pine-tree filled greenbelt where deer are often seen.
You can curl up on the comfy sectional in front of the natural stone fireplace and watch cable or one of the many DVDs available, or you can watch the golfers go by from the front deck or out the wall of windows. Sit out on the back deck, cook burgers and watch the kids play and the deer pass by. You are also only a few minutes away from downtown Flagstaff where there is lots of shopping and entertainment.
Country club amenities include golf, tennis, fitness center, pool, sports bar or fine dining, kids club with mini golf and activities, pool, hot tub, wifi Internet and computers.

We spent our Anniversary weekend with our family at this great cabin! We had our 3 kids and my mother with us as well. The loft is a perfect spot for a kiddo to sleep, we let our 7 year old sleep up there! Then there are 2 other bedrooms at the end of the hall where my mother and 3 year old slept. We slept in the master, of course, there is a large walk in closet in the master where we set up our pack n play for our baby and she slept great in there! The zip line is great, the back yard is beautiful and the grill was very helpful. My only complaints (I hate to even call them complaints because it would never make me not stay there) the fridge leaks from the freezer and into the inside of the top shelf of the fridge, it ended up getting some of our food wet. And the electrical outlets are pretty finicky, you can have much going at the same time. We blew the fuse in the kitchen and the one in the master bedroom. I think they just may be old outlets and they probably only take the lowest voltage level. But anyway, those things would never keep me from staying there, I put this on here to mainly warn the owner and whoever may stay there so you aren't surprised! This cabin is perfect for a large family and I highly recommend it. I hope it stays a rental property because we will use it again!
"We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property with friends for 4 days around the end of October. What a wonderful experience.
First of all we loved the location. The house was in a quiet cul-de-sac just a few minutes from downtown Flagstaff and the backyard was a beautiful pine forest. Our friends from Australia were captivated by the big grey squirrels chasing each other around the trees. The decks got gorgeous morning sun that warmed it up quite nicely so we could have breakfast outside.
We found the house had pretty much everything we could have hoped for, including logs for the fireplace!! And it was clean! There was lots of room for the 5 of us, a huge comfy couch and a really big dining table that fit us all comfortably. The beds were comfy with nice quality linens and the bathrooms were stocked with towels.
Flagstaff was quite central to where we wanted to travel to so we were busy with trips to Sedona, Route 66 to Kingman and touring the countryside. The house was also just 5 minutes to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go, from the mall to downtown.
All in all, we would highly recommend this house as a great spot to stay for your next trip to Flagstaff."
Hope this helps, Judy.
Have a great day.
This house is absolutely perfect. It has a great and convenient location, the views are beautiful, and the house is comfortable. Judy is great to work with and is very responsive to your needs. You won't be disappointed.
My daughter, granddaughters and I stayed here for a long weekend to get out of the Phoenix heat. We fell in love with the house and we felt like we were in the middle of the forest by ourselves. It had all the amenties that we needed except for a mixer to beat our eggs but we managed. We loved the decks and spent a lot of time out there enjoying the view and the weather. We intend to stay here again. We also loved it's convenience and location to everything. EC
We have used this rental twice a year (total of 3 weeks) for several years and keep coming back because it meets our need for privacy and comfort. A superior choice over a hotel or a condo. Easy access to golf course, country club, shopping and downtown Flagstaff.
My family spent the weekend at this cabin and it was everything and more that is says in the description . We arrived Friday with very little snow but got lucky and it started snowing Friday night and snowed all weekend - it looked just like the pictures. We had so much fun sledding on the big hill.
We watched movies ( they have a ton of DVDs ) we played games and had a nice warm fire going. We grilled steaks on the grill- everything we needed they had.
It was snowing Sunday when we left and the road was covered on snow but we did not need chains. It was very easy to get back to the highway.
Can't wait to come back again!
