This beautiful, like new, 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 2600 square foot beach home with elevator is great for family vacations. The duplex townhouse is located on the second row from the beach. 2 front porches, large back deck with grill, and massive roof top deck with ocean views - perfect for coffee and watching the sun rise. First rental season so enjoy vacation in like new home. Walking distance to Kure Beach Pier, Local Resturants, Arcade and Park.

Hardwood Floors in living areas, carpeted bedrooms, tile in all bathrooms, large laundry room, granite countertops and stainless still appliances. Lots of open space to spread out and visit and family dinners.

Master has king bed, jetted garden tub with seperate shower and private porch. 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 2 sets of twin bunk beds. Cot available.

Hang out at the beach all day, visit historic Fort Fisher and the Aquarium, or take a short ferry ride to the quaint town of Southport. There's miniature golf, asumement park at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, surfing, kayaking, fishing. You can also walk around a lake or see a free outdoor movie. Or make the short trip into Historic Downtown Wilmington for lots of shopping, fine resturants, and nightlife.

This house is close the beach, just a jaunt across the street. The view from the rooftop deck is amazing, it is decorated beautifully and is was well equipped for all our needs. Will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful home with lots of room for multiple families. Very convenient to beach, restaurants and many other amenities. Loved the home and would most definitely go back again! Amazing views from roof top deck of beach and the fireworks at Carolina Beach can also be seen from the roof top deck! Our families really enjoyed our stay here.

Great Family Beach Vacation

The house was lovely with great areas for families especially with the rooftop deck and porches and views of the ocean. It is very close to the beach and the downtown areas which makes it nice to get your family to the beach and for evening walks. We were waiting for the sea turtles to hatch but must have missed them. The elevator is an extra bonus for getting luggage up from the bottom to the top along with groceries and packed coolers from the kitchen to the first floor.

The only thing that was missing was a nice large table for family meals - the table was very small which forced us to eat in different places, but was not a burden. We made do with ample bar seating and the porches.

Wonderful, relaxing vacation

This was a first family vacation including grandparents, 3 couples, 3 children, and another adult. The elevator was a lifesaver as I am 6 months pregnant and found it very difficult to carry my 12 month old up 3 flights of stairs. The bedrooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. Very short walk to the beach, perfect location. The kitchen was decently supplied, be sure to bring some kitchen tools like a whisk, measuring cups/spoons if you plan on cooking/baking a lot. All in all, lovely spacious house- fantastic vacation!

This was a very enjoyable week! This home was beautiful,clean, and comfortable. It was accurately described and was well maintained. Withing walking distance to the water,pier,shoping, and restaurants.Would highly recommend this to others!!! Communication with the owners were as if we were family and not just renters.
