Beautifully decorated and furnished. Ski on/off Condo unit located directly on the trail, in the Solitude development on Okemo Mountain. Pamper your family with a trip they will remember. Solitude offers an indoor/ outdoor pool, hot tubs and the Epic restaurant in the base lodge. Large TV's, DVD, fireplace. WI FI, Fully equipped kitchen. Space for the kids to hang out in the upper level bedrooms, TV in the kids room and 2nd master. Comfortable and clean. Premium linens and towels. The owners are looking for exceptional tenants only. Come and enjoy a luxury vacation slope side at Okemo.

The town of Ludlow is a mid-sized Vermont town located in the southern half of the state at the junction of Route 100 (north-south) and Route 103 (east-west). The town is “full service” with a large grocery store, gas stations, many restaurants and coffee shops, a post office, shops and a spa in nearby Cavendish. It is about 40 minutes north of the larger town of Manchester, which is known for its outlet stores.

Okemo mountain is a family-oriented ski/snowboard mountain, which prides itself on its high quality/high volume snow-making ability and family-friendly staff and programs. There are 3 base lodge areas at Okemo.

The main base lodge is accessed from the main road in Ludlow.

The Solitude base lodge – is located near our condo in Solitude Village. The Solitude base lodge houses a restaurant and the Solitude lodge fitness center which offers indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. Lift tickets are available at the Solitude base lodge.

Notes: 4 bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms. The two upstairs bedrooms share a bath, while the main floor bedrooms (master and guest) have their own bathrooms. There is also a main floor powder room. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, living room with fireplace (firewood is provided outside the front door – if our bin is empty, take wood from the nearest neighbor – the condo association will replenish), dining area, mud room entry for skis and equipment. Hi-Def televisions in living room and upstairs kids room. All linens and towels are provided. Ski on/ski off location. Parking pass should be placed on the dashboard. Up to two cars may be parked in front of the condo. Additional cars use customer parking at base of mountain. Internet access is wireless.

Great location and ammenities

The condo was in a great location - right on the trail and not far from the Solitude base which has a restaurant and pool area. The condo was spacious - easily fit 2 families of 5 each and was well appointed. They had everything you could need from kitchen supplies, plenty of linens, even toiletries! Impecibly clean as well. The owners and management company was easily to deal with, very responsive and flexible. Great stay and highly recommended for a large group.

Winter ski weekend

Lovely comfortable house, great location for ski-in ski-out.
Had a wonderful time with friends and family despite sub-zero temps!
Clean and well kept, great heated mud room for ski stuff, nice furnishings, comfy beds, lots of fun games from Scrabble to karaoke to play by the fire in the evening (TVs never went on, even with 2 kids!)
Only complaint was extremely cold, albeit very nice, master bathroom (not sure why that room would not heat up when the rest of the house was perfectly fine), but was able to use other bathrooms in the house so not a big deal.
Highly recommend it and expect we'll return again.
