The condo is fully furnished with 3 large bedrooms and 3 full baths. Spectacular ocean views, coastline, plantation & lake views from the balconies balconies.
Master Bedroom suite features a King bed with an ocean view balcony. Master Bathroom features its own full bath.
The second bedroom has two queen beds and its own full bath and a view of the lakes behind the property.
The third bedroom has two double beds with an ocean view balcony and an accessible hallway full bath.
Linens and towels will be provided at no additional charge.
All three bedrooms have 27 inch flat screen TV with cable.

Admission and use of the health club is available to renters for a nominal charge which must be paid directly to the Health Club.

About The Owners: We are the owners, Jack and DeAnn. Jack is in the golf business and DeAnn works at a non profit mentoring organization. We live in North Carolina and don't get a chance to visit the condo as much as we would like...so we are making it available to others. Maybe I can set you up with some golf as well!

We have been coming to Kingston's North Hampton since the 1980's and liked it so much that we bought a place! We love it. The building is attractive....the lobbies recently renovated...and the views spectacular. This is a well kept place and the owners take great pride in making it the best!
