At this nicely appointed property in a quiet small neighborhood, you are only 2.4 miles from salt water beaches, easy and convenient 0.3 mile walking/riding to White Pond beach and the bike path, and a short 1.5 miles from town. Additional recreation such as golfing, tennis, & fishing are close by too!

This well maintained home has many amenities, including air conditioning in each bedroom, washer/dryer, dishwasher, cable TV with VCR & DVD, and a Dual tape/3 CD stereo. The home offers high speed internet access FREE!

For outdoor pleasures, there is a spacious private deck with deck furniture, gas grill, large back yard and enclosed outdoor shower.
