Coronado Del Mar has the distinction of being one of the closest condominiums to water at New Smyrna Beach with waves at high tide occasionally kissing the seawall steps. Unit #1 is one of the two premier oceanfront units that crown the east end of this 24 unit complex offering picturesque views of ocean sunrises, marine life and some entertaining people watching. Unit #1 is a tastefully decorated and equipped ground floor condominium with two bedrooms, two baths, kitchen and living room with a hide-away sleeper sofa as well as a fenced-in private patio. The unit is also caddy corner to the pool with a full view for watchful parents. There are no stairs in this unit so it is also ideal for seniors. Coronado Del Mar is within walking distance of charming and historic Flagler Avenue with its unique collection of restaurants, taverns, ice cream parlors, boutiques and surf shops. New Smyrna Beach offers a great centrally located home base if your plans include Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center or the Daytona 500 Racetrack which are all only a short drive away.

Why The Owner chose New Smyrna Beach

Our family has been vacationing in New Smyrna Beach since the early 60's and spent time in many condominiums from the south end of NSB to the north end and fell in love with Coronado Del Mar. Coronado Del Mar's location is ideal and Units #1 and #9 are the two premier ocean front units in this complex providing full panoramic views of the ocean and pool. This unit could not be any closer to the ocean without getting wet!

What makes this condo unique

Coronado Del Mar is within walking distance to many conveniences e.g. night life and restaurants on Flagler Ave (1/4 mile north), Publix Supermarket in Indian River Village Shopping Center (less than 1/2 mile south) and Walgreens (1/3 mile south). Unit #1 is a ground floor unit, all on one floor so it can accommodate seniors or those who with handicaps that have trouble with stairs but still has fantastic views of the ocean and pool. Another great attribute to the ground floor unit is the fenced-in back patio which is ideal for storing bikes or beach toys. Our family will rent a couple of bikes for the week and keep them in this area.

Position of this apartment is 1st class with views both up and down the lovely beach. The apartment is well equipped but very dated and would require updating in the kitchen area especially. The bed in the master bedroom is huge and very comfortable. My wife and I stayed there for 17 days and thorougly enjoyed the whole experience except for the weather in the last 3 days. Cindy the manager was very helpful the whole time we were there. Hope to go back to the same complex next year.

A great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The unit was as advertised and was very clean and well kept. Being on the ground floor just steps from the beach was amazing.

We have stayed at other condos in New Smyrna but will be staying here the next time we have a trip to the beach! I would recommend staying here to my friends and family.
