4 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, Sleeps 8.

This is a wonderful lakefront home right on the water. Sit in the dining area, or on the deck and look out over a private 58 acre private all sports lake. Walk off the deck or out the walkout just a few steps to your own private waterfront area. This house comes with use of the floating dock, 2 rowboats, a canoe, and a paddleboat. The fishing off the dock is wonderful. Sit on the deck and relax your troubles away. Sit in the lawn chairs or by the firepit and listen to the water. This is not a resort, it is a quiet private home on the lake. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house has 4 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. There are two bedrooms with queen beds, one with a full bed and the bedroom in the walkout level has twin bunks. The house has cable TV, and high speed wireless internet. All of the bedrooms have televisions, except the bunk bed room. The house has a living room with a TV. The house is fully furnished, comes with linens, towels, and full kitchen

Water toys: Also available is an 18 foot pontoon boat, 40hp outboard, 2 stroke. This boat is docked on site and is available on a daily rental basis, $100.00 a day, which includes 6 gal of fuel, pre-mixed. Additional 5 gal amounts are available for $25.00 pre-mixed. Two row boats, a canoe and a paddleboat are provided for your use. Ther are also numerous water toys for the children.

Location: This lakefront home is located in a residential neighborhood surrounded by very nice well established homes. The setting is quiet and private, this is not a resort area. There are only 2 rental homes on this lake, and this is one of them. The setting is not appropriate for parties. If you have questions about a function please inquire.

Notes: There is a large deck overlooking the lake. Plenty of seating to eat out on the deck or inside. This house has a full kitchen, and two full baths. The walkout has a sink and dishwasher also as well as a full size washer and dryer. There is an older pool table, a ping pong table, and an air hockey game for your enjoyment. There is a large TV for the 'kids' to hook up their gaming systems in the walk out level. This vacation home comes with everything but the food! Come relax, and enjoy. This is a very private setting. There is no cable tv in the bunk bed room in the walkout.

Our stay was perfect! The owner was very helpful with any questions that we had. The property was very clean and well-maintained. We had our family Christmas with our children that lived in different states. We decided to meet in a central location that would be the same distance for all of us to drive. We felt as if we were home. It was very comfortable.

In a word Outstanding!

I rented Bill's place over Thanksgiving Weekend and it was great. At one point I had 15 people over for dinner and had more than enough room to spare. The second kitchen in the basement, air hockey, & pool tables make it a perfect palce for family to gather of all ages. Some of the furnishing are dated but but that just adds to the lake house feel. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Just Like the Ad Says

This home was on a quiet lakefront. We had the opportunity to watch some locals have fun on their jet skis and tube and just drift by on their pontoon or kayak. We enjoyed taking the paddleboat out to the middle of the lake to swim! The kids had a great time fishing right off the dock. The house was really clean and neat! There wasn't anything we needed! Plenty of towels, clean sheets and pillows, kitchen utensils, logs for the firepit and much much more! The kids (and the adults) enjoyed playing the games in the lower level. The owner was easy and great to work with. My family was quite comfortable at this home and enjoyed the deck every single day! Grill made great burgers and hot dogs and chicken!

Grocery store and other stores were a short drive away and downtown Brighton was quite charming! We also took a trip to the next city over, Howell, and loved it!

We would recommend this house to anyone at anytime.

No worries.

This property was great for our family vacation! We stayed the week of August 13-August 20 and had a wonderful time on this peaceful lake. For part of the week we had six children (5 years - 16 years old) and 6 adults and there was something to do for everyone! The accommodations were very clean and well furnished. We really enjoy the paddle boat- taking it out to the middle of the lake to dive off of it was a big it. Also sitting around the fire pit at night watching the stars and telling stories was fun. The kitchen is well furnished, nice bedrooms, and the lower level was great for the kids! The surrounding area is nice to visit. We enjoyed the little shops and the art fest going on downtown. Also plenty of places to eat. The owner communicated with us well and was a real joy to rent from.
We would highly recommend this property.
