My wife and I along with our two kids are the owners of this wonderful property in Rye NH. We rent the property out from Sept - June and rent it 2-3 weeks during the summer. We live in Massachusetts one hour from the property and occupy the property during the weekends throughout the summer.

Located 1 mile from both private and state beachs. Quiet peaceful setting. Have access to a porch and large backyard overlooking Conservation Land.
This was just what I was looking for--quiet neighborhood, comfortable surroundings. Short drive to beach. Great place to relax. Loved the back yard with its critters I don't see at home--a cardinal, chipmunks, porcupines (I think). Nice back porch, screened in. Good for relaxing with a cold drink and a book.
Once again we returned to this very comfortable beach house, this time for two weeks and we had a wonderful time. It was nice to return to this quiet neighborhood after a day on the beach. The house was very clean and bright. We enjoyed great restaurants in the area. The Carriage House, Old Salt, Ice House, Ray's & Al's Seafood for great seafood, Latitudes at the Wentworth, after a day at the spa, The Bratskellar for great pizza and of course The Beach Plum for their famous Lobster Rolls. Lago's for delicious homemade ice cream. Last year I gave you four stars only because the house was away from the beach, but this year five stars, the beach is under 1 mile. Hope to see you next year. The owner Jack is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Mike and Marianne
We stayed in this quiet cozy ranch home just a short distance from Wallis Sands Beach. This house was perfect for us. We found it very clean, and neat. We loved the back screened in porch for morning coffee and late afternoon relaxing in a quite setting. There was a great TV with great cable channels and internet wi-fi. Washer and dryer just like home. Jack was very accommodating and was readily available for our questions. thank you for a great place to stay. We hope to return again for two weeks next time.
We had a great stay in this house. It was everything we were looking for in a rental. If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood near the beach this house fits the bill.
