After spending your days on the beaches of Fenwick Island, Delaware or Ocean City, Maryland, enjoy the community pool that is only steps from your front door, relax in the community hot tub or play a game of tennis.

This unit is convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, miniature golf, bicycle rentals, and ice cream shops. Surrounded by quiet streets to walk and bike along bayfront. You can even walk to a great cafe in the morning for your coffee and breakfast. Enjoy the large deck that overlooks a calm stream that flows through the community. There is plenty of parking and the unit is equipped with everything to make your stay like home. NO smoking, NO Pets.

We had a great time at this condo and it was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was so well stocked that we didn't need to go out and purchase anything additional. This is one of the first condo''s that actually had paper towels, toilet paper and dish detergent available upon arrival! I really enjoyed having beach chairs to borrow :) Lastly, it is centrally located between Rehobeth and Ocean City so it was a short drive either way. I would recommend this property and would consider staying there again.
