  • RESERVATION DEPOSIT BINDS: $500.00, converts to a security deposit upon arrival, refunded minus utility fee. Guests pay their own utilities (gas/electric). We take a picture of your meters upon arrival & departure. Utility fee is deducted from the security deposit. Pet Fee of $150.00: we accept well-mannered dogs (sorry kitty, no cats) less than 50 pounds with a signed pet addendum.

    Departure Cleaning Fee is non-negotiable $165.00.
    Reserving guest must be 25 years or older, sorry spring breakers-party on! Palm Springs City Tax: 11.5% of the total rental rate, cleaning fees, pet fees and utilities. No tax on stays over 28 days.

The location is abssolutely perfect and the condo itself very comfortable. The walk-in spa was hands down our favorite amenity adn we used it twice a day; pool and outdoor area great, kitchen good, overall terrific. King size bed could use new mattress and springs - too soft, and one or two area rugs would add to comfort, but no complaints. Hope to return

We enjoyed our stay in Bonita bungalow. It was very roomy, clean and contained all the amenities we wanted. The outdoor space was perfect for lounging in the hot tub, dining under the stars and having a cup of coffee while looking at the mountains and the true blue skies. If you like, you can walk to downtown which is probably about 1.5 miles away and has a nice selection of shops and restaurants. We would definitely come back.

Nice condo in very quiet area. A block and 1/2 away is a very busy street but you wouldn't know it. Away from the very busy entertainment area but accessible when going out for meals and shopping. I would suggest a rehaul of the kitchen equipment (glasses, plates, mugs for coffee, plastic cups for the patio) to improve meals at home. Looked bigger and newer in the photos on VRBO but was cozy, well appointed and comfortable. A minor maintenance issue, the lamps that didn't turn on, was the only problem. We mentioned it on the evaluation. Palm Springs is beautiful and Bonita Bungalow was just the spot for the 3 of us. Thanks for the chance to see the area again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
The bungalow was in the best area! Was relatively in good shape - the shower in the master bath needs help. It was moldy and not very well kept. The plants by the spa are overgrown and dead. The couches in the living room are in need of cleaning. The only (personal) interaction I had with the management was less than stellar. Most of the time it was over email which is fine but sometimes a personal touch would help.
