This is a Top Floor Loft Unit........ not to be confused with some lower level units listed! The difference with the top floor units is that the dining/living room area and the Master Bedroom have vaulted ceilings compared to the standard lower ceiling which gives it a much more open, roomier feel. Also has a spiral staircase to a loft area which in our case serves as a third bedroom. Also, the views are considered better from the deck as it's higher and the deck also has a vaulted ceiling, that also allows more windows for a nicer outside view when sitting inside in the kitchen/dining/living room area!

We are located at the top of 'Echota on the Ridge' in the small town of Foscoe, just minutes from Boone, Banner Elk and Blowing Rock. Grandfather Mountain and the Blue Ridge Parkway are just a short drive away.
And when we say top of the mountain, we mean the TOP of the mountain!
'Echota on the Ridge' is beautifully situated atop the ridgeline where the views are as unforgettable as the memories! Located on 97 scenic acres, this gated community features breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

We have a king size bed in the Master bedroom, beautiful armoire that when opened reveals a 32-inch, LCD flat screen TV and DVD player.
Master bedroom also has its own private bath and dressing area.
You can access the balcony directly from your room for enjoying those early morning cups of coffee.
The 2nd Bedroom has a queen size bed along with all of the amenities.
Enjoy a book or watch TV on the 20-inch LCD TV and DVD player.
Both bedrooms also include an iPod / mp3 player clock radio (but do you really care what time it is?).
Loft area features 2 twin beds. It also has its own TV and DVD player, perfect for letting the kids unwind and be kids.
Relax in the Family Room and enjoy the 42-inch LCD wide Screen TV w/ cable or watch a movie on the DVD player. Or if you are in a more mellow mood, turn on the deluxe sound system and enjoy some music from the local radio stations, or your favorite CD's will play in the DVD player.
Outside deck speakers allow you to enjoy music as you sit on the deck and gaze out across the mountain ridges.
If you aren't in the mood for that, light the gas fireplace and snuggle up with a good book and glass of wine or _______!
We have a selection of Family / Kid DVD's as well some board games if you feel like staying in -
Whether you want to cook or order some carry out, our beautiful dining set will comfortably seat 6 - or set the kids at the breakfast bar counter on one of the 3 stools.
If you choose to cook, you should find all of the essentials that you'd need to put a quick meal together
2nd Bathroom has a full tub and shower -
But we saved one of the best features for last, our BALCONY! After all isn't that one of the reasons we love the mountains, the beautiful view! Nothing does more for the psyche than to relax in one of the gliders and stare out at the panoramic mountain views. Absolutely breath-taking!
Table and benches are available on the balcony for outdoor dining.
If you feel like a swim, enjoy one of the two pools on the grounds.
The resort has both an indoor pool and fitness center, or you are just a short walk from the beautiful new Clubhouse (it's absolutely gorgeous). The Clubhouse is the perfect place to play a game of pool, swim in the outdoor pool, and workout on the exercise equipment, connect to the free internet, or just sit and enjoy the comfort while watching the big screen TV or reading a book.
