This 1940's Colonial Style southern brick home with a large Great Room, close vicinity to Bath House Row and Downtown Hot Springs, with multiple guest rooms each with full baths is the perfect stay for couples or large families. Situated on the corner of Prospect and Orange, this home is perfect for your weekend getaway or your family vacation! It can comfortably sleep 8 but has accommodations for 10 (ask about connecting apartment for even more space). Bath House Row, Downtown, and Central Avenue are all within walking distance (.3 miles) as well as many fantastic restaurants, stores, and antique shops. Hiking in the National Park and viewing the hot springs are also within walking distance.
The large home (3700 sq. ft.) features a large Great Room (living area) with a gas fireplace, two seating areas, dining area, flat screen TV, and entrance way. It also has a smaller separate living room and downstairs half bath. All three bedrooms upstairs have their own full bathrooms. The upstairs and downstairs can be heated and cooled separately. The kitchen features a separate breakfast area as well as all the cooking appliances and necessities in a home. The entire home features beautiful original wood floors and large windows. This home is perfect for cuddling up next to the fireplace with a warm blanket or playing large board games with the entire extended family!
