This charming 2 bedroom 1 1/4 bath condo is located close to Carpinteria State Beach. The craftsman condo has hard wood floors,vaulted ceilings and decorated with mahogany furniture. All basic amenities are included. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The living room has a queen size pull out sofa.

A full-size washing machine and dryer is located in the attached garage.

Just a short walk away are restaurants, antique shops, candy shops and a great cup cake shop.

Santa Barbara is located a short drive away. There you can experience whale watching, golf and other activities.
