TWENTY-TWO - IT'S A BEAUTIFUL, CHARMING AND QUIET AREA WITH LOTS OF ACTIVITIES

This lovely lake home was perfect for our family's annual New Year's reunion. Over the years, the family has expanded as a result of weddings and the addition of lots of grandchildren. So gathering at one of our homes is no longer feasible. We were able to enjoy the beginning of a new year withall 4 generations in the same place! The beautiful kitchen, large gathering rooms, cozy bedrooms, and gorgeous landscape made for a picture perfect celebrations. The owners of the property are gracious and available to answer questions. We have a wonderful time!

This was our third year renting a lake house on Lake Anna and our first year in this house. My family loved it! There was 17 of us - 10 adults and 7 kids ranging from 18 months to 9 years old. The house is in fabulous condition and was so clean when we got there. The layout of the kitchen meant that we got to spend so much great time together when preparing meals and when we did sit down together for our meals, everyone had a place to sit in the kitchen area!

The older kids LOVED the bunk room (which sleeps 8) and all of the rooms were very comfortable for the adults. We didn't have 22 people but I would imagine that it would be very comfortable with 22!

The view when you walk into the house is great. Having spent time on Lake Anna, this is by far one of the BEST coves. There is almost no boat traffic except for the occasional neighbor who might make their way down to that end of the creek. We brought our boat to the house and it is great to be able to cast off and go skiing, tubing, etc. right off the dock. There is a marina just a few minutes boat ride away for gas which is very convenient as well.

There is a fire pit that we enjoyed one night and roasted smores. The boat house is in great shape and not overtaken by bugs and cob webs. The screened porch is so nice to have. We even launched the paddle boat one afternoon and explored the shallows at the end of the creek.

Can't wait for next year!

We had a absolutely wonderful time at this property. The property is huge and was able to accommodate our big group very nicely. The pool table and open kitchen layout were just perfect (owner should add these pics here). Loved the huge pantry that this house offered. The boat house was fully stocked with life vests and equipments of all kinds. The owner is very responsive and pays attention to all the details. Would recommend this property to everyone and can not wait to start planning another successful vacation here. 5 stars all the way.
