The two bedrooms are upstairs. The marsh view master bedroom has a king-size bed. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. Both of the bedrooms have a TV provided. Each bedroom has its own full bath, private porch, and ceiling fan.The master bath has a walk-in shower and garden tub overlooking six miles of private marsh. Downstairs, the new sleeper sofa is queen sized.
There is a half bath downstairs as well. The downstairs entertainment center features a 42' HDTV plasma TV with progressive scan DVD. Perfect for evening movies or rainy days (rare on Fripp). New four place, padded, wicker dining set on screened porch is perfect for outdoor dining. Our house has a NO smoking permitted policy. There is plenty to do on Fripp Island. Enjoy the beach, cruise on the four-passenger golf cart, ride the bikes, relax on the beach, see the deer and other wildlife. It is all here for you! Come and join us... You will never want to leave!

A four-passenger electric golf cart is provided free of charge [a $250 value during prime/summer season]!!! Fripp Island club guest cards are available. Guests may purchase club cards at a modest charge ($50 per person per week in season and $35 per person per week off season; daily and weekend rates are also available). Club guest cards cards are not required for kids age 12 and under.
Broadband cable Internet access is provided free of charge! If you just can't break away from work, bring your computer and connect with broadband high-speed access. Don't feel guilty. I obviously use this amenity to it's fullest potential!
