The central location, the layout of complex and Poolside view was the ideal place for relaxation. Gated community gives added assurance for travelers and residents. Did not want to sell property, live at another location.

This was a great experience for us. Everything was clean and up to date from the unit to the grounds and pool. The unit was fully equipped with all possible kitchen utensils, towels, sheets and entertainment items provided.

Photos and the description of the unit were excellent and we found the owner to be most helpful in all ways. I would recommend this unit to anyone and would consider it if we were to return to Phoenix for a visit.

An added bonus was the central location in Scottsdale. The whole Phoenix area was easily accessible from here.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo in Central Scottsdale. The listing was accurate and the complex very clean and quiet. The photos are accurate and depict the view from the kitchen and the porch. The property was extremely clean and comfortable. The owner even personally came to visit us and was very responsive to our requests. His brother cleaned the property once during our one month stay for free! Would recommend this property to a relative or friend. We particularly enjoyed the Marcinello Restaurant in Old Town for dinner and the Herb Box accross the street for Happy Hour. Bring your bikes! We had a nice stay in this unit. Everything was as described/pictured. The owner went out of his way to make sure we had the information we needed. The condo is conveniently located. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance. The property is well maintained. This is not a luxury unit but is a good value at a good price.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
