POINT JUDITH: Enjoy beautiful water views while relaxing on the deck, 2nd floor balcony or screened in porch of this charming 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom beach house. Our home is just minutes away from area beaches, the Block Island Ferry, restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

The first floor was completely renovated in April of 2012. Renovations included, but were not limited to, a new bathroom, hardwood floors, and windows.

There is approximately 1,100 square feet of living space. The first floor consists of an open kitchen and family room area, 1 bathroom, and 1 bedroom. A new high efficiency washer and dryer are located on the first floor, and 2 bedrooms are located on the second floor.

The home features water access for kayaking, fishing, and clamming. In addition, our home is equipped with an enclosed hot and cold water outdoor shower for added convenience.

Adults and children alike can enjoy relaxing at the beach, swimming, boogie boarding, kayaking, playing tennis, miniature golfing, biking, dining-out, grilling, and much more.

For families with small children, we offer a pack-n- play, stroller, baby gates, booster car seat, board games, books, and sand toys for your convenience. In addition, electrical outlets are covered for added child protection.

About The Owner

The owners are graduates of the University of Rhode Island. While attending college, they lived in Point Judith within close proximity to their vacation home, and have vacationed there for the past 20 years.

Our home is less than 2 miles to Roger Wheeler State Beach, 1 mile to Scarborough State Beach, and only 5 miles to Narragansett Town Beach. Also, our home is conveniently located just 3 miles to the Block Island Ferry, less than 2 miles to Iggy's, Aunt Carrie's, and Spain restaurants, less than 3 miles to George's restaurant in Galilee, just 34 miles to Providence, 20 miles to Newport, 31 miles to Roger Williams Zoo, 37 miles to Foxwoods Casino, and 46 miles to Mohegan Sun Casino.

Relaxing Summer Vacation !

My sister and I along with our husbands and five children(ages 8-18) all enjoyed a week long relaxing vacation at this beautiful summer home. In the mornings we were able to take long walks on the beaches and during the day the kids enjoyed a full day of swimming at the several nearby beaches. Kids also enjoyed a day trip to Block Island, mini golf and water wiz slides. At night we enjoyed cooking on the grill overlooking a beautiful sunset view of Point Judith. There are also several delicious restaurants nearby. Home was equipped with everything you need including a washer and dryer! The screened in back porch came in handy on those mosquito filled nights. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves.

Beautiful, pristine home in quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed for our vacation was right there-every kitchen tool, the grill, the washer/dryer, beach chairs. Beautiful view from the deck and the screened porch was perfect for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening! The owners were lovely to deal with. We had a great vacation- we hated to leave!
