Why Shirley Filliater chose Tempe
It is a lot of fun to live in this neighborhood. It is quiet but close to a lot of activity. ASU students as well as home-owners live throughout, making the neighborhood upbeat and lively. Pete and Shirley have lived in the area since 1985.
What makes this house unique
The house is conveniently located to ASU and the numerous activities that occur there. You can always find something to do within minutes. A dog park is located at the end of the street so it is entertaining to just sit in the front yard, watching the neighbors walking to the park each night.
