It is possible to find all types of shops and services without having to leave the neighborhood, there is a good variety of shops within a 15-minute walk. Less than 20 minutes from the center and beaches on the east of the Island.

The common areas of the condominium are *not accessible* for use by vacation rental guests, only for residents.
