Ocean front building & condo. Lovely view. Building is VERY run down, almost scary, but then you open the door to the unit and it is quite nice. Has been partially updated - some things well, some not so well, i.e. switch plates missing, malfunctioning windows etc. Quite clean. Bathrooms are lovely. Large master closet. Nice space. Owner is gracious and helpful. But - NO lamps in living room - in fact no lights at all except for the overhead in the dining room. The only lamps in the unit are one in each of the bedrooms. Ratty unmatched towels. ONE washcloth in unit. No mattress pads, no pillow tacks, stained pillows, no towels or cloths in kitchen. No coffee maker! The clutter in the kitchen cabinets looks like Gramma just stepped out. The unit seems like a work in progress. The pool is horrible.
And one warning - the owner demands both a security deposit, which was promptly and fully returned AND property damage coverage for "accidents" which is not only duplicative, but as an insurance lawyer, I know should be covered by a comprehensive homeowner's policy.
