This is one of the premier spots on the Lake Placid, and boasts the largest beach. There are only 12 units in the complex, so it's an awesome get away.

The Condo is equipped with a Fireplace, wonderful views, and a Kitchen with everything you will need. This Condo is a ideal place for a family vacation. This Condo will have everything that you will need for a super time! New mattresses in Fall of 2011.

You walk out GROUND LEVEL to a HEATED POOL, a large sandy SWIMMING BEACH, and views of Whiteface Mtn.

You can park the car on arrival because this Condo is within walking distance to town.

With Outlets, good restaurants and the Olympic venues, you'll enjoy everything Lake Placid has to offer.

Also a dock for your boat is possible.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Condo was clean, well-maintained, comfortable and the owners were accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended for families - feels like home away from home. Hope to return.

This condominium is perfect in all respects. It is in walking distance of the downtown and near many restaurants, yet located in a quiet and private-feeling spot directly on Lake Placid. It is roomy, very clean and nicely furnished and equipped, and the layout is ideal for a family of four or more, or two couples sharing the rental. The view is great; there is plenty of backyard space for children (and adults) to run and lounge; and the heated pool is ideal. I can recommend this as a perfect vacation spot for anyone thinking of a stay in Lake Placid.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

This is a beautiful Spot! The Condo itself is beautiful, and along with the Beach and heated Pool, this is the place to stay. We had a lovely peaceful time, and the views are wonderful. The complex is clean, and the Pool is kept at 83 degrees. The interior is lovely, and we appreciated the new King size bed in the Master. We could walk into Town, but we mostly sat on the Beach with a view of Whiteface Mountain. This would be a wonderful place for families.

What a place! We had an amazing visit this fourth of July Holiday in Lake Placid. The condo was better than advertised: spacious, modern, full of all the essential amenities and close to the action of Lake Placid. Our family will definitely be returning next year.

Such a welcoming home, with a backyard on the shore of Lake Placid. Quiet, yet easy walk to Main Street. Loved the woodburning fireplace.
