Perfect Place for Family Vacation House, Location

What a great place this was for our group which was mostly adults and a 2 and a half yr old. Erin made everything - airport transfers, picking up groceries, going to activities so easy. It was easy to reach someone from Latin Latitude for whatever we needed. The house is terrific, more beautiful than pictured and immaculately kept. Bedrooms are very big with good showers and the is a jacuzzi in the downstairs bedroom. Lots of extras such as umbrellas, beach chairs, cooler, movies, magazines, books, games, toys and ladder golf that we played at the beach. There were full sized shampoos, conditioners, lotions and soaps in the bathrooms which I liked as it keeps all the little containers out of the environment. There was a continuous supply of bottled water for the hot and cold drinking water dispenser, two bar fridges so the big refrigerator could be used only for food and plenty of plates and tons of glasses and pitchers and utensils. The marguerita maker was fantastic to have. I really can't say enough good things about the place! The beautiful, big beach is just across a very quiet street with a little green space between the street and beach. Just other lovely houses beside you and the gorgeous ocean right there. We walked into town on the beach as it was very close - 10 min and had lunch a couple of times. We also walked in to do a little shopping. At night we walked through the lovely neighborhood to town lots of security people around and very safe. This is a wonderful beach location so close you can quickly return to the house for any need and right back to the beach again. The water is crystal clear with sand for miles. Though the beach is great, one of our favorite spots was the pool area on the upstairs level of the house. The pool is shallow so it is nice for kids (and the people watching them) but all the adults really enjoyed it. There are super comfortable loungers and a covered area for shade and a great stereo with outdoor speakers!! Even on the windy days it was sheltered by the pool and we had so much fun and relaxing times there.
We had a couple of small issues but the manager handled them quickly. He was always pleasant and helpful. The only thing is the bar b que is not big enough. With only 6 adults it was too small to cook on easily and didn't hold its heat well for steak. Other than that all was very good. So glad we were there. Thank you
