Renovated, sweet one-bedroom condo. The 500 square foot, 2nd floor apartment (that's a 1st floor in Europe) in an attractive brick building is in the very center of Boston's historic district on coveted Beacon Hill. Two blocks to the Boston Common and Public Garden! One block to the shops, boutiques and restaurants on Charles Street.
New kitchen, new bathroom, spacious bedroom, lofty ceilings and plenty of light from the tall windows make this place sparkle!
Quaint brick buildings, cobblestones and gas lamps, restaurants, cafes, fabulous bakeries and cute boutiques - this is your neighborhood. Leave your car behind and walk to everything!
With its attention to detail and comfort, this condo will welcome you back after a busy day exploring all that Boston has to offer.
Start your day with a run along the river, then take in some history on the Freedom Trail. Head over to Newbury Street for serious shopping, and in the evening choose from dozens of restaurants ranging from cozy pubs to world renowned, or catch a show in the Theatre District - it is all within a few minutes scenic walk.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo: Location, location! Beacon Hill is the heart of this historic city, the most central location from which to explore the best of Boston. All the major tourist attractions are easily accessible, most of them within a short walk. At the same time, Beacon Hill is a real neighborhood with grocery stores, a bakery, a post office, as well as boutiques and cafes, where you will feel welcome and at home.
My husband and I hail from Ireland and France originally, and met as students at UC Berkeley.
We have lived in Boston for almost 3 decades, and absolutely love the city.
Owner purchased this condo in 1996
Boston is beautiful, historic, the most European of American cities. It is very user-friendly, very walkable, and offers a wonderful array of activities and destinations within the city itself - something to delight everyone.
My daughter and son-in-law live in another state. However, a few years ago, they did live in Beacon Hill. They have always had a great fondness for the area so my husband and I treated them to a few days stay at this Condo after the Christmas Holiday.
From the beginning, the Owner was so responsive and helpful. Her correspondance to us was complete and timely! It was a pleasure to work with her!
My daughter and her husband were thrilled with the Condo and especially the Wonderful location! They had a Great time in the City, much of it due to the fact that they had this Cozy Condo to call "home" for a few days! The only problem is that from now on when they come to Boston, they will probably want Only to stay at this Comfortable Condo and not with family!!
We were so happy with our stay here! The location was so convenient, as we were literally steps away from many of the things we wanted to see - the Freedom Trail, Boston Common & the Public Gardens, Boylston Street, etc. And for the times that we needed to take the T (also very user-friendly!) the closest station was just down the street. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Caroline was so friendly, and very thorough in her preparations to make sure we had our keys, codes, etc. We will most definitely be back to Boston, and we just hope that this property is still available!
Apartment was lovely, in a quiet location. Very well stocked with everything you could possibly want. Great location just around the corner from Charles street. Grocery stores close as is the whole foods market. Close to T station. Wifi also available with was very useful. Would recommend apartment and would definately stay sgain.
This was our first VRBO experience and we are beyond satisfied with the owner's persistant pleasantness as well as her immediate responses to every inquiry before arrival, during the stay and after departure as well. The property was just as pictured, described, as well as spotlessly clean! Thanks for a wonderful introduction to VRBO ~~~ be sure to dine for either breakfast or dinner at the Paramount restaurant on Charles Street!
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely Beacon Hill condo. The owner, Caroline, was fabulous to work with. She has thought of everything needed and the condo was exceptionally clean. It is in a fabulous, fabulous location! It is very close to Charles Street with great restaurants and everything you could need including a convenient T stop. The condo is comfortable and it is easy to make yourself at home!! Highly recommended!!
When we arrived in Boston and parked the car, we walked to the apartment and were very pleasantly surprised. The place was clean, cozy and cute with everything you need for a stay in Boston. Plus location, location, location. Walk out the door to a number of restaurants and coffee shops and the Boston Common is just steps away. We walked all over the city from our apartment and when we got back, we relaxed in a very comfortable and cozy atmosphere and slept in a comfy bed. My previous times in Boston had me staying in hotels, but this is much cozier and relaxing and gives you the option of having some meals at home rather than in a restaurant. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Caroline!
