Beautiful Spacious - Single Family Home with 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 7)

Private home with 1,400 sq. ft of vacation bliss for you and your family and friends to enjoy.

Newly renovated 3 bedroom colonial with 2 full baths, newly renovated eat-in kitchen, living room, den/home office, sun room with sliders out to deck for entertaining. Hardwood floors throughout the entire house. Huge, private, fenced in yard with brick paver patio and fire pit. A professional grill is provided for the chefs in your family! There is a large cast iron dining table with umbrella for shade and seating for eight provided for your comfort.

There is parking for two cars on the driveway and plenty of street parking. The house also comes with the use of four beach badges for the duration of your stay. Must see!

Saturday to Saturday Rental

SPECIAL NOTES:

No weekend rentals; No third party rentals; and No Prom or Graduation rentals

Minimum Age Limit For Renters : 30 years old, however families might be considered

My husband and I purchased this home in 2011, and we absolutely fell in love with the location. Our home is walking distance to the beach and just a few short blocks away from the buzz of the boardwalk. Our goal was to make the house warm and inviting for everyone who walked through the door. We removed all the wall-to-wall carpeting and put in solid hardwood floors throughout. We did some additional remodeling to the bathrooms and painted every room to give our home that beachy feel. It is decorated in shabby chic with a Ralph Lauren influence, not too many chatzkies or nic naks, just the right amount. Another top priority was to ensure that everyone gets a good night sleep so we purchased all new mattress sets for your sleeping pleasure.

My husband and I have been visiting the Jersey Shore all our lives, in fact we met 16 years ago when we both had summer rentals “down the shore”. After we were married we spent several summers vacationing in Point Pleasant Beach and when this house came along, we couldn’t resist. Point Pleasant has a lot to offer, it’s very family oriented, but also provides great nightlife for those nights when the babysitter is available. Point Pleasant has the boardwalk, great restaurants, nightlife, accessibility to New York City and airports, not to mention the friendliness of the locals.

What makes this house unique

Location, location, location. You’re close to the boardway beach, but yet tucked away from the traffic and madness when you just want some time to put your feet up and enjoy. There are tons of restaurants which provide take out lunch and dinner menus.

So just pack your linens, bathing suits, beach chairs, and bikes and you will be ready to enjoy your vacation.

Family Vacation at The Beach

My family and I had a wonderful, relaxing vacation at this lovely home. It was updated, clean and very welcoming. We felt very much at home. The beach was beautiful. We spend our days on the beach and dining and shopping in the evenings. The backyard was very spacious and relaxing. We hope to enjoy many more vacations at this home.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
